Hi everyone. 36 year old guy who is looking to start getting bigger and better. I'm not small, but I'm really tall, so I've always felt I look small. I've also had some problems with premature ejaculation and poor erection quality (maybe as a result of long-term adult entertainment addiction). I'm hoping to work on all of that.
I thought I'd start with a basic (no equipment) protocol. What does everyone think? Some people seem to track their workouts too - would you recommend that?
