New to this, question about routines

So I am new to this whole thing and I came upon this routine:

My question is: Can this stuff be broken up throughout the day? Or, must I do it all at once? Also, does everything have to be done in that order? Moreover, is it best to be consistent and do everything at the same time each day?

One more set of questions:

Will I see results if I simply do heat, stretches, and jelqs? Or, must I do more to see solid results?

I know that's a lot, but thanks for looking.
