Hey guys it's been a grip since I've posted here but I thought I'd chime in with an exercise I've been fooling around with. The reason I came up with this idea was due to the fact that I literally have zero time to P.E. yet still feel like I have to do it so.I started mixing rotary cranks with jelqs. It's simple, you just do a few cranks and the end of each jelq. I'm sure someone here has done this before but I figured I'd throw it out there anyways. This is about all I have time for right now, too. About 15 minutes of this a day and I still feel like I'm gaining a little.
