After 3 months of doing One foot long stretches,id like to start a new routine the routine is quite simple 10 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] bundled strtechings. 25 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] expressive stretchings,25 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] mid shaft stretches. since i dont have that much time i can only spend about an hour everyday.
Would like to spend a couple of hours everyday but i just cant for now...luckily im about to get the PF and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words],n they will help me out whit passive stretching.....
i know the routine is quite simple n im not supposed to expect great gains but is better than nothing.If i ahve some extra time id like to increase the time whit the expressive stretchings maybe to 40 mins.
