New order - only one glans protector cap

Hey guys.

I just got my PF today - I DID order through the brotherhood of course

But while the package had all the extra sleeves in the back, it is missing the second protector cap.

Wondering if others experienced this?

I ordered through the brotherhood as well and only got one as well. I did get the extra sleeves in the back. Was it suppose to come with an extra cap? I need to check the site

I just checked the site and it states 2

I received an email right after with the order number for the additional cap. This is what I would consider top notch customer service. Gnome, if you send them an email they will likely get yours out to you as well

That is our biggest demand with affiliates that their customer service is top notch!

Wanted to give an update on this. I received my additional protector cap in the mail today. You can't ask for better service IMO.
