New member new routine - progress thread

Here is what I’m going try. I am going to stop doing on the length side of my SRT workout and focus on girth like @kriskros. I am going to do 6/4/3 (ssj/pump/x3) twice a day(morning and afternoon) 5 days a week, along with the ring after each session for at least an hour. I will try this for a month to see if I can get anything. Thoughts?
 
thanks for the feedback. With my old routine before doing SRT I did take a month break. Came back and still no gains so I am kind of afraid of another big break since it felt like wasted time to me. Or maybe it wasn’t long enough?

Most of the time, the break tends to be between 1 month to as long as 6 months. Rather, than worrying about too long a break, in your shoes, I push forward higher intensities for the next 6 months and with consistency on the routine. SSJ twice a day is a good forward approach to expand lateral tissues for girth. If everything is manual, I would switch directly to BTC, bundled if allowed, BUT, you'll be sitting on your penis while stretching. @DLD and many brothers use this in the past to put high stress loads on the ligaments and base muscles using the entire body as a fulcrum. We use the Length Master now for more comforts, but in the past, we use extreme measures to make the ligaments yielded by adding the entire upper body weight as a fulcum point. It'll be hard to hold the penis properly for BTC, especially bundled, while sitting on the penis for this extreme process. Try between 5 to 10 minutes to see this works for you.

Once the longitudinal tissues finally loosen, SSJ session time. Rather than 2 OK grips at each end, let's just try both grips at the bottom of the penis base and slowly squeeze up to the middle of the penis. Make sure to observe for capillary failures (dark spots) due to higher pressures. Give SSJ twice a day to try, each session around 20 minutes long for the next month to see any change.

Once the SSJ session is over, use the ring or wrap to keep the expansion going.

Like you guys suggested I could either continue with increased intensity, take a break(how long?), or maybe focus on just girth (ssj part of SRT twice a day maybe?). I really don’t know what to do honestly.

Definitely give SSJ twice a day a try. Morning session before your blood really flow, and night time before bed time. Your body is trying to reset itself back to the original states as if your DNA is challenging you to the battle of the wills.
 
Thanks for the reply. I was going to focus on girth with SSJ only and not do any actual stretching for length to see if this will generate something for any size gain (length or girth). But you are mentioning BTC stretches so I’m confused.

As we have discussed in various posts about the seesaw effects of the tunica, as brother SIM stated in the past, the penis is like a tube balloon. To maximize the girth, you also add a dimension to the length, and to maximize the length, you also add a dimension to the girth. A tubular balloon requires the expansion of the lateral tissues to maximize the elongation, and the lengthening of the tunica to relax the tissues to maximize the girth. They work in tanden.

BTC is to force stretch the tunica tissues all along the entire penile length, allowing the expansion tissues all around the penile shaft to expand without hindering. 5 to 10 minutes help.

Hope that clears up the confusion.

Do you have a pump? If so I would incorporate it with the SSJ for maximum thickness. Find the entire routine in SRT.
 
I would highly advice for 2 3 days to get experimented with yourself. Do some penis work, see your true expansion after a workout and aim for that. Don't push things to get more expansion than natural because it might slow down your gains but neither go soft to have less expansion than expected.
Then follow the routine with consistency.
I found out that consistency is the true key factor someone gets results.
Don't over go, but don't slow down that much. Keep balance.
For girth you need 2 hours of ring
Also, you must make sure that your penis is always with blood and hot when in ring or the rest of the day or you might experience slow downs or not even results.

Still trying to fully understand this piece. Are you saying to do my bundled stretches like I have been up until this point except only do the behind the cheek ones and sit on my penis while doing it? I don’t know that penis is even long enough to grab ahold of when BTC straight back while sitting on it. I typically did these standing. Thank you

I think I understand what you mean. I’m not doing a normal BTC stretch of bundled stretches(as in pulling on it), but literally bundling and then sitting on it for a time period.
 
Thanks when you see penis hot you mean with a heating pad or something else to keep it warm?
1. Warm up before exercises
2. When you finish you put your cockring. You must make sure that while the penis in cockring, your penis is not getting cold
3. When you remove cockring, you must find a way inside your pants to have your penis warm. For example, if you are young your testicles are cold because your sperm wants to procreate, so, if you penis is touching the testicles it will get cold.

At least, those are improtant things for me - for my penis - for my body

If and only if you have the length for it, yes, bundling and literally sit on your penis while doing the BTC. If you don't have the length, yes, bundling, doing the BTC if possible, and if not possible, bundling for a long period of time between 5 to 10 minutes, equally for both directions. Soften up that tunica and lateral tissues at the same time.
