NEW AND SOLID ROUTINE

Sup guys this is what I think the length master rolls are is just twisting the penis using the LM "handles"? Maybe to the left or right??

Rolls are pulling the Lengthmaster straight out in front of you and then rolling it back and then you stretch outword with the arms. A bundled stretch would be twisting the Lengthmaster and then stretching. Both these exercises should be in the video section of the forums.

It is a pretty hard-core workout and I’m glad you’re taking to it without too much complain LOL this routine is guaranteed to bring you an inch inside of six months. Just stick with it be consistent and progressive and your intensity and watch that penis grow

Take your time and write it all out on a piece of paper so you can see every place that you can take advantage of to get work in. 10 minutes or 15 minute spots in the day are very useful. You could just find 3-4 times during the day where you find these pockets of time to get in work. Also leave time for yourself to relax and have fun. And make sure you never sacrifice your studies. Once you have your ideas together add to progress thread explaining what you’re going to do that way we can help you every day with it.

OMG! This routine is insane! I love how you’ve used all the basic stretching in the best way while staying true to elements of SRT. You got almost everything in there but I’d like you to add a couple of other things. You should do erect stretches 2 to 3 times a week for about 10 minutes to cement you’re gains. I would also like to see you do some expressive stretches and you can do them very easily with your LM simply attach at a very low point on your shaft and stretch from there. Add in a set with the rest of your stretches this’ll bring gains from inside your body outside of your body. And I tell everybody to do the testical health massage and stretch because it helps you get a longer flaccid heavier penis and it really helps you heal quicker. Other than that it’s 100%
 
D yep ill have my LM expressive stretches tommorrow i have been doing them last three days when i started this new routine.yep they are a beautiful exercise ill add the erect stretchings too...... yep i can feel how the inner inches can come out whit the expressive stretchings.
