EXPRESSIVE STRETCHING
2 sets of 5 Minutes Low Grip LengthMasterStretches . This is where you will attach your LengthMaster very low on your shaft to train internal penis. These are referred to as Expressive Stretches.

This routine rocks! I’m so happy to see you the expressive stretching in the end, that’s so important. And I see that you’re taking advantage of pre-stretching your tunica by doing rolls and bundles, excellent. This is going to produce some serious gains.

Yes that is a roll stretch and I’ll tell you it’s one of the most powerful LM stretches that can be done. So many people do not do this stretch and it might be because they don’t completely understand, but it’s so easy to do as you explained. It’s also a two fold exercise as it trains your ligament and it is also an expressive stretch.? Hopefully I can get someone to shoot a video soon.

Hey it’s better than nothing and it actually is a pretty good workout as far is length goes. Some days we can’t get it all in so it’s important to get something in so we keep our head in the game.

Haha I don't think I deserve a like,lol yesterday was a long ass boring day I fell asleep when I wanted to start it was late I couldn't do a thing...
 
Obviously I love the work out and I’m very impressed that you’re taking it all on. I’m also happy that you’re looking into the expressive nature of gains via internal penis.
 
have to start my session today would be a hard day, havent exercised the last two days..

I hope you have enough motivation to get a good routine in today. It is hard to start up after a couple days break but the sooner you jump back on the horse the better.
