NEW AND SOLID ROUTINE

ITs been ten years since i first started whit PE exercises, routines etc i have had a lot of breaks,days off and i just havent seen what i dreamed of when i first started,its been almost two months since the year began and i have been thinking about all of the exercises i have done in the past.Im going to write down all of the exercises i remember just to let you guys know

Jelquins
SRT routine just the stretchings
DLD blasters
BM hardcore stretchings
SSJ
LM one foot stretchings
LM stretchings
passive stretching using the PF
a few other i just dont remember it s names

Now the million dollar question:girth and lenght would like to gain an inch in girth and one inch in lenght in a relatively small amount of time...
Any suggestions been thinking about the SRT but i dont have that much time so i only could count whit maybe a couple hours during the week days and maybe an extra hour during the weekends,any suggestions,ideas,contributions etc Thanks
 
I like to work out you’re using can you be more specific because what you’re saying sounds great but I want to know reps and how long you’re doing it for. I would like to understand how you’re using your Bathmate so I can better advise. ?? thanks

I havent used my BM in a while,is broken or something,i have been hanging on and ssjelquin hope the exercise name is not wrong (i get erect grab my glans n grab the base off my penis slide the base of the penis try to get both hands together and i slightly bend my penis down) those two exercises are the ones i have been doing for the last month and a half...basically this is the routine i have been doing

Thanks for your reply. I think there needs to be more structure to your routine and we can help you out with that. What is your size and what are your goals? How much time do you have a day to dedicate to your routine? I think it best we get down a solid routine with structure so you can make a more pragmatic approach to gaining. So if you could let me know these details I can help you with the customer routine
 
IM 7 in lenght bpel
i think im 4.75 to 5 in girth
i only have an hour weekdays maybe two hours available
on weekends i could have two hours for exercising maybe three hours available.
my goal is to get to 9 x 6.5+
but right now im ok gaining an inch in girth
and one inch in lenght.

Once i gain the size i want , i could continue whit an improved routine that would allow me to get to my desired size...Hope this info helps

I see that two hours per day can be plenty of time for PE. You can do the 5x5x3 routine with the Bathmate and even some manuals on top of that. For girth gains pumping and jelqing are great. For the boldest clamping is an option but one must pay a lot of care when clamping. In my experience it can be very intense.

How was it with your BM? Do you have other tools than that? Could be just a clogged valve, it can be opened and cleaned. I clean mine from time to time when I notice the suction doesn't stay as strong.
You can "upgrade" the pump with Vacu-Vin by the way. Should be less than 20 USD.

Best of gains to you! Just be patient, DLD's routine plans are great. :) Meanwhile, on a daily basis you can do Testicle Health Massage and Kegels. (Although with Kegels you can keep rest days, they do affect a muscle group and it's a good idea to let that group rest at times.)
 
One more thing I was thinking of on my ride home what is more important to you right now length or girth? Because maybe what I could do was write a exclusive length routine and write a exclusive girth routine that way there can be separation between the two. Some men like to train length before they go for girth or vice a versa. So if you favor one over the other let me know so I can include that in your routine.

Yes I completely understand. Give me till tomorrow and I’ll write up a routine for you that structured and foundational. Something to get you gaining right away and something that can be improved upon as you progress.

Really thankful! Now i know this will be a breaking point and a change that will allow me to get real gains,as soon as i grab my penis n start a session...

I would do ssj 30 mins a day just to gain girth,once I get to my first goal,I'd continue whit girth.. feeling good right now

Ok, that will make things very easy to follow with good variety. I probably asked already but I asked so many people that I forget, do you have any tools right now? And is it 30 minutes you have a day or can you give me more time?

EXPRESSIVE STRETCHING
2 sets of 5 Minutes Low Grip LengthMasterStretches . This is where you will attach your LengthMaster very low on your shaft to train internal penis. These are referred to as Expressive Stretches.

After the LengthMaster work you will want to remain extended until bedtime and this will be done in a light passive way. Using SiliSleeve to remain elongated at all time you are not training to heal quickly.

But can you give me a brief explanation about what the LM rolls are,I'll check what the expressive stretchings are.
 
Sup guys this is what I think the length master rolls are is just twisting the penis using the LM "handles"? Maybe to the left or right??
