hey guys i saw my exgirl friend yesterday with her new boyfriend. we are for 1, 5 years apart now , but still i felt like shit and i couldnt stop to compare him with him, is he better looking, does he has a bigger penis etc. how do you guys overcome things like that, considering that iam a person with a very very low self esteem (cause of penis size). dont know who to talk to, but [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] always kinda helped with this kind of problems.

It's only natural to have those kind of thoughts in that situation. Don't let it get you down, use it for motivation for your Penis Enlargement and other areas of your life. Living well is the best revenge.
 
I can understand what you are going through but making assumptions will only prove to bring you further down. The point is you don't know what she is thinking. You have no idea about this guys size and reading into it will not help. You need to decide if you want to let her go or remain in love. Remaining in love is not easy when she is with another. This does not mean that you will never be with her, it only means you need to accept the way things are now. Jen was gone for 3 years, came back and now she is back out. I am dedicated to her so I will wait. In doing this I realize I have to live with my emotions and be as rational as I can. Reading into the sexuality part of it is futile.

DLD I have an extremely similar situation. My gorgeous girl left me for about a year because I was well, let's face it, an abusive dick. I went to therapy and ended up getting her back and things are better than ever. Sometimes things do work out for the best if you stay persistent and motivated.
 
similiar to my situation. she left me 1,5 years ago, cause she felt that i was kinda a burden, she cried often cause of my and my hurtful jokes and that i made out with another girl for 1 time.after she left me she said she cried for 1 week, but after a month she felt so relieved so refreshed that she new she will never want to be with me again.now after 1,5 years she started the usual BS like she is to good looking for me etc, but deep down i now many tears she loose cause of me.the new guy looks like a "nice guy" you know what i mean, a guy who would be the perfect gentlement, be always at her side wont argue with her etc. kinda different to me , iam a nice guy too of course, but we argued also alot, when i had a very different opinion to things than her

Well if you are right about this "nice guy", it doesn't sound like she will be with him very long. Unfortunately, modern women don't want a perfect gentleman, who is afraid to argue with them. So be there to scoop her up when she dumps him, if that is your goal.

If you really want her back you need to start acting like you don't care what she is doing. Make yourself busy, be seen with other, more attractive women. You need to demonstrate that you have a higher value than her, and by being heartbroken and not moving on you you aren't. She will come crawling back, believe me.
 
Be happy now. Act as if you have her now. Be diligent and practice positive visualization. ANything you want you can have, you only need believe it.
 
so you really believe this. to visulaize things. kinda "the secret" method. i dont really know man, iam kinda depressed for a year now, i had no fulfiling sex since my ex left me .i.e. i dont even have the urge to have sex or meet women. idont wanna go to psychiatrist cause of that ( by the way they are damn exepnsive) so should ido?. I came to Pe cause of al that shit, but i cant stick to it, thats why i have no gains there to. so how can you get anything you want just by visualizing it, its impossible cause everybody would walk around with millions on their bankaccounts and with their dream partner
 
You need to be a man and take control of your life. Stop fretting over some girl you aren't with anymore, she is out running around, why shouldn't you be? It is all in your head and you need to be the one to fix it.

It's simple. Most people don't visualize and do the hard work, that is why everyone isn't a millionaire. It isn't easy, but you can do ANYTHING if you put your mind to it. The fact is, most are too lazy to do it.

When we want something in life we need to not only visualize what we want but be able to see it as if it is already here. What will bring the great attraction of your desire is FEELING like you already have it. In many cases you really need to do nothing but believe, visualize and feel as if it has happened, the universe will do the rest. If there is work involved it will be inspired. It will not feel like work at all.
 
does thisstuff really work for you guys? does this mean if i visualize that my penis is fine and chiks like it that in reality i will be a happier man with no problems with the chicks? you know it kinda sounds kinky ...

Whether or not the visualization alone will actually increase your penis size I doubt. What I think happens is that visualization improves your overall mood and from that you will attack Penis Enlargement with a new vigor and have more confidence overall, especially with the ladies.

Say a guy with a 5"x4" dick walks in to a room thinking "I am going to rock this girls world", confident as hell. Now a guy with a 6.5"x5" walks into the same girls room, different night, feeling all pathetic about his dick and worried about performance. Which guy do you think the girl is going to remember?

It is all about confidence; women can really sense it, like blood to a shark.

I fell much more confident in my skin, although iam "only" average. maybe you guys are right, maybe its just in my head, i have to put my mind into it and everything will be ok. i kinda fell now just like i watched the movie "swingers" with vince vaughn.
