Need SOME HELP

I am about 250 lbs and whant to lose weight.Dont get me wrong,I like being big but not fat.I love sports and I can play them very well.I am pretty fast for a big guy but want to get better.I have flab on my chest and stomach and I am really trying to turn that into toned muscle.
How can I lose the stomach and the man boobs?

I know when I lose weight,that will also to great for my Penis Enlargements to.
 
I would suggest doing some cardio in order to lose the extra pounds. for the man boobs , do some bench presses and also begin doing some crunches and knee raises to tone up your abs.
 
Increased Burning of any type of fat is best with split cardio, it shoots your metabolic rate through the roof. Start off with a 10minute 10minute split with 5 rest in between. Make your way up to 30m 20m 30m for peak cardio performance every other day for 3 days a week. As for tonin up, nothing beats good old fashioned push ups, Put 2 chairs 18 inches apart and go to work.
