(Sorry I know your probably get the same questions over and over again) But I really want to try and get that 1 inch in 12 weeks, I am already in shape so I just need to know the penis routines. My second question is for the Reverse kegels. I have the basic kegels down I think...(its where you can see your penis twitch if your doing it correctly) But for the reverse kegels I just cant get it, im really lost about it.
