Need some help DLD!

Hi DLD first I want to thank you for all your effort and hard work that you've put in. I just have two questions. Because I am very confused on what to do for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] Routine for each week. (Sorry I know your probably get the same questions over and over again) But I really want to try and get that 1 inch in 12 weeks, I am already in shape so I just need to know the penis routines. My second question is for the Reverse kegels. I have the basic kegels down I think...(its where you can see your penis twitch if your doing it correctly) But for the reverse kegels I just cant get it, im really lost about it. If you could reply back at your earliest convience I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you DLD.

Two different workouts. If the routine is followed as [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] dictates it is lengthly but you can apply many of the healing tools and gain ideas in any workout. If you are fairly new go with the 12 Week Workout first and work into [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] after the 3 months.

Reverse keels are difficult to feel for many guys so you are not alone. As long as you are pushing correctly, like you do when you force the flow of urine, then you are doing them correct regardless if you "feel" it or not.
 
So I think that may mean I have been doing reverse kegels the entire time, because the kegels im doing now my penis twitches. but i guess that means i dont know how to do the regular kegel???
