I have had a bruise on the end of my head for months now I been doin pe for about 5 months and I think I caused this bruise from the stretches in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I've had this bruise for about 3 months now, and I stopped doin those stretches a month ago, instead I hang now. The bruise went away a little bit but you can still clearly see it and I dont wanna take any time off from pe. I have gained about half an inch, but is there anything I can do to make the bruise go away except stop pe?

Keep doing Penis Enlargement and knock yourself out of a P.E. Career completely then the bruise will go away then.
It's like your friend hitting you the arm and causes a bruise. Then afterwards he comes up and hits you in the bruise everyday for several weeks. Do you think the bruise will go away eventually?
It never gets the time to repair itself ... back off for a week and see if it gets better.
