Need help from the masters

I realy need to up my game,rofl
it's time for me to move on.

and i want/need to gain as much grith i can,
within' the next 3 or so month's.

if a master,
could come up with a grate program, for me to do!
it would be grate.:)

There are many girth routines and exercises you could include but we need to know what level you are at before responding with any clarity. Mainly how long have you trained but any other details will be helpful also. Also, are you a member of the paysite? If so I can direct you to the videos, if not there are text versions here.

IMO after 3 months you have the experience to realise when you are injuring yourself. you should try a good girth exercise but be very carefull, the amount of pressure involved is much more than jelqing. there is no point getting injured and not being able to get it up at all when your ex comes over, so just gradually increase the intensity...

I feel ya bro, I gained good length from the noob routine but no girth. I've been having a tough time with girth training because I'm so susceptible to injury it seems. I'm trying slow squash jelqs now. Good luck but be careful.

Maybe your problem is your dick isn't conditionned enough.

I know that at the beginning of the year, I had 2 1/2 years of experience in Penis Enlargement and whenever I did an "advanced" girth routine. I could be sure that I ended up having an injury.

So then I decided to start slow and build up the intensity.

I started with 1 month of only jelquing for 20 mins.

Then I added 10 mins of ulis

then isolated compressions squeezes, etc, etc.

I haven't gotten a girth injury since February.

Now it's the stretches that are giving me the injuries...:s
