My Routine and Results After Six Months of PE

Very nice. A well balanced growth of 1:1 ratio. Very proud of you.

If you want to push for 1.1 to 1.3:1 ratio, push the bundled BTC to 5 minutes per direction, including bundled pulls straight down to the floor while you're sitting or standing, straight out, and rotary pull. BTC is great for stressing the ligaments, but you also want to stress the tunica in lateral and longitudinal states at the front side to prevent the penis from pointing down or growing odd downward curvature.

Man, thanks so much for sharing your story and breaking down your routine like this. Honestly, reading about what you went through with that injury and how you managed to bounce back and get your EQ to 85% is incredibly inspiring. I’m pretty new to this community and just started my own journey to fix some stubborn EQ issues, and seeing real, documented progress from someone who didn't give up gives me a massive confidence boost. Good luck with the new static holds routine, I'll definitely be checking back to see your day 270 update!

Thanks!

When I'm doing my bundled stretches, the 12 minutes (give or take) that I listed was for the total time under tension while bundling.

To elaborate, I bundle-stretch for 1:10 seconds in each direction; 35 seconds twisted clockwise, 35 seconds twisted counter-clockwise.

Each direction that I do is as follows:

Straight out
Straight out 45 degrees to the left
Straight out 45 degrees to the right
Staright out 90 degrees to the left
Straight out 90 degrees to the right

Straight upward
Upward 45 degrees to the left
Upward 45 degrees to the right

Straight downward
Downward 45 degrees to the left
Downward 45 degrees to the right

Are you saying 5 minutes per every one of those directions for a total of 55 minutes?!

Yes. You can do a 2 minutes total per direcion to get 1.1:1 ratio, or 5 minutes per direction for 1.3:1 ratio (length:girth). Just give it a try at 2 minutes for now. If you want to pursue more, increase another minute. If you want a full exercise, 5 minutes. This is your call to push or to go easy level by level. No rush.

Thank you, appreciate the insight.

You're welcome from all of us. And as my brother said, if you need anything, anything at all, just asked the question
