Just wanted to drop in and say that ever since switching up the way I was kegeling per the above advice, my EQ has increased significantly over that 85% of my pre-injury self estimate I gave earlier in the thread.
I'm pretty certain my EQ is 100% back; if not 100% of my pre-injury EQ, pretty freakin' darn close!
That is indeed a great blessing to get things back to normal. Keep at it. The restoration of blood flow and strengthening processes are what get you back to normal. Just like exercises for the body to strengthen the skeletal and muscular structures, PE routines are exercises for the penis. We have to keep all our body parts well maintained.
I've been doing the kegels in the pump to flood the pelvic floor with blood, then the reverse kegels out of the pump before going in for the next 5-minute session.
Also, a surprising and absolutely freakin' awesome result of this is that I have not had a single hemmorhoid issue since. Not a single aggravated hemmie, no bright-red blood in the toilet, no awkward weird pressure from the internal hemmorhoids after weighlifting or Jiu-Jitsu... nothing!
Most don't perform reverse kegels, and this is where the shortfall of the PE routine lies. Blood needs to pool correctly to create positive pressure in order to branch into the extremities. Most routines don't incorporate kegels at the right timing or based on the correct routine instructions. This is why we evaluate routines step-by-step for the brother here. The routine and progress log are essential for that purpose. It's also thanks to your reporting that we can catch things accordingly. Too many brothers are shy about providing the logs and their progression that we can't capture their journeys correctly to give advice.
Early September will be one year since I started this journey.
I've spent years doing traditional therapies to fix myself after my injury and this pelvic/sexual health dysfunction was the last and most elusive thing to fix.
I know that I needed to do those traditional therapies to fix the big things so that I could finally see and understand the small things that still needed to be addressed.
This is just my suggestion; take it or leave it. After our brother
@notmeanymore incident, I've discussed various scenarios and alternative medicines with my colleagues about his situation, and brothers who also have conditions similar to his and yours. Since you are working on your pelvic floor, you have to introduce a large amount of blood to optimize the tissue responses. In traditional holistic approaches used by Eastern countries, including Egypt and ancient civilizations using herbal remedies, they use blood-constrictor compounds extracted from plants, tree bark, and minerals. Nowadays, we have refined chemical compounds ready, closely mirroring the natural extract compounds. I noticed that capsaicin, combined with a delivery agent, is the fast driver to get the blood to constrict while promote warm to mobilize blood flow. I searched the internet for something similar in the past years and found a company that actually used capsaicin, but for a different purpose. I've been testing the cream for various efficacy and noticed a few key essentials that they didn't broadcast because of uncertainty, even though this cream has been on the market for a long while. Blood flow and constriction are two key essentials, which I use for my inner thighs and along the pelvic floor, between 1in and 2in away from the scrotal sac connection point, but 2 to 3in away from the anal. You don't want this cream to be too close to it and touch your sensitive area by accident.
Start with a very small amount, the size of a rice grain. Then slowly increase to a dab the size of half a pea. It's more than enough for a 1in x 2in area application. What I can tell you is one crazy effect for blood flow during kegel and reverse kegel. I can't describe the sensation, but will warn you that you will feel like your pelvic has new life.
Check the
Cajun Relief Cream and get their sample package to start. See if it works for you. I'm still trying to test other various efficacy for PE to see if I can get the bruising to reduce even faster, or use it during the PE routine. This cream, or its components, may be a hidden gem for PE. I'm still looking into other products using capsaicin as well. I may venture into experimenting with different concentrations of capsaicin without the excess components, besides the direct delivery drivers, such as DMSO, or carrier oils, to test later.
I'm so glad I found this place and these more focused therapies and exercises, in only a year I've been able to heal what I thought I couldn't and was just going to have to live with.
Thank you all for putting in the work to build the foundation of this space/discipline, there is genuine medical value in all of this and I am truly grateful.
We are always here for brothers like yourself. We are blessed to have brothers like you who are willing to give what we discovered a go, and confirm our advice based on our discoveries.
