Definitely put your main focus on the Lengthmaster work. Have you tried any of the power assist exercises? A lot of people don’t know you can do them with the LM
Yes but i went back to using the LM again,it was easier to do so.
DLD how do you avoid the pinch on the sides of the base when you put on the LM?
When i put it on it presses the shaft out of the insert and pinches even with wrap.
Pinching happens when your wrap has either wrinkles, folds or creases. Try to re-wrap again smoothing out every layer without fold or crease. When this was happening to me I could barely hang 5 pounds without extreme pain. Once I learned to wrap properly I was able to hang over 50 pounds without any pinching.
DLD can one use the LM for only 20mins and take it for blood flow or is it possible to work it up to longer sessions?
The LM pinches the shaft on the sides when i press it to tighten the bolts.The shaft comes out of the ring where you insert the shaft.
Yes you can keep the lengthmaster on for 20 to 30 minutes without worry
How are you wrapping?
I use the sleeve and then wrap the sleeve with a wrap that attaches it self.
Maybe try using only ace wrap and see if that helps. For me a couple of wrapping styles worked but most didn’t. The two wrapping styles that worked best were
1. One wrap of Thera band two wraps of ace
2. Three wraps of ace
You may want to try using the sleeve alone and see if that makes things more comfortable. I have never tried that so I’m going on other brothers data.
