DLD today when i had sex my semen had blood,could it be because of PE?
yes it was probably due to hanging and this happens to a lot of men. Basically you have a cut in your urethra. It’s probably very small and will heal up within three or four days. It usually never comes back after the first time. Why it happens I’m not completely sure but it does happen to most men in the beginning of their training. It is absolutely nothing to worry about

no 10 pounds is not were any thing happens resist the temptation to go up in weight to fast stay at a low weight at the start more time under tension is better than heavy weight shorter duration try to get as much gain as possible this way because if you go up to fast you will have to use more weight and trust me its no fun with over 30 pounds off your dickIs 10lbs where the magic starts to happend?

I have noticed that i can hang several sets for 20mins without any discomfort or pain.
DLD i re-measured and have gained only bpfsl,the other stats are the same?
you should hang less weight if you cannot hang 10 pounds for 20 mins remember to decrease weight after every set this is not a weight lifting competition get the more weight thinking out of your head your struggling because your going up in weight to fast this takes months to years to work take your timeTodays workout:

you really should be getting 20 mins sets in go back down in weight if you cannot hang 10 pounds for 20 mins on the 1st set going up in weight before you are ready is a big no, no only you can be the judge when its time for you to move up in weight but only a few pounds at a time and not weekly either give it time to work I was like you wanting to add more and more weight and after 9 months i was at 33 pounds that was way to fast an increase if after 1 solid year you should be hanging no more than 20 pounds.you were hanging 4x 20 min sets with 7 pounds then down to 3x 10 mins with 10 pounds more time under tension equals more length if youre only doing 30 mins you might as well be doing a manual routine

Only in bone pressed,but like dld said it has big fluctuation.

I have kids with genetic disorders and the youngest got seizures during sleep out of nowhere a couple of months back.After that i have to keep an eye on him every night and the lack of sleep makes me very tired so keeping a pe routine is very hard to do now.
I started hanging again at 30mins with 3lbs and will up the intensety when we get things a little under controll again.
