Todays workout:

30min of hanging 5lbs.

DLD today when i had sex my semen had blood,could it be because of PE?

yes it was probably due to hanging and this happens to a lot of men. Basically you have a cut in your urethra. It’s probably very small and will heal up within three or four days. It usually never comes back after the first time. Why it happens I’m not completely sure but it does happen to most men in the beginning of their training. It is absolutely nothing to worry about

From first glance I can’t give a very educated guess I would have to have lightning look at it. I sent him the link to see if it’s something he would be interested in. I always appreciate advice my brother and I always appreciate when somebody bring something new to the table. We will look into it and I’ll let you know

Is 10lbs where the magic starts to happend?

indeed! With a good wrap you can easily handle 10 pounds. When I was training I got up to 70 pounds LOL. But before I got a good wrap I could not hang 10 pounds for even a minute because the pinching in pain. But when the wrap is completely smooth without wrinkles you can handle so much more weight.

20min x 4sets of hanging 5-7lbs

I have noticed that i can hang several sets for 20mins without any discomfort or pain.

That’s actually perfect because the recommended time is 20 minutes before taking off and returning to good circulation. And most people put in four sets a day. Sounds like you’re right where you need to be.
 
DLD i re-measured and have gained only bpfsl,the other stats are the same?

That’s excellent news my brother that’s exactly what you should see and that is a future peek into your new erect size. No sad faces! You’re right on track.

10min x 3sets of hanging 10lbs

Used 10lbs today and felt fine but could not hang more then 10mins at a time.
you should hang less weight if you cannot hang 10 pounds for 20 mins remember to decrease weight after every set this is not a weight lifting competition get the more weight thinking out of your head your struggling because your going up in weight to fast this takes months to years to work take your time
 
you really should be getting 20 mins sets in go back down in weight if you cannot hang 10 pounds for 20 mins on the 1st set going up in weight before you are ready is a big no, no only you can be the judge when its time for you to move up in weight but only a few pounds at a time and not weekly either give it time to work I was like you wanting to add more and more weight and after 9 months i was at 33 pounds that was way to fast an increase if after 1 solid year you should be hanging no more than 20 pounds.you were hanging 4x 20 min sets with 7 pounds then down to 3x 10 mins with 10 pounds more time under tension equals more length if youre only doing 30 mins you might as well be doing a manual routine

did you gain height in flaccid state ?

Then don’t usually take a flaccid measurement because it varies so many ways. I could have 8 inches of flaccid penis one day and have 3 inches the next because of the cold, depression, anxiety and then the other factors that make the penis turtle. So I would not worry too much about that measurement is it fluctuates all over the place especially if you gain and lose weight.
 
Only in bone pressed,but like dld said it has big fluctuation.

It’s all over the place LOL one day or a long day and the next day or short, fuck, there’s no consistency whatsoever LOL
 
Sorry for the lack of updates bros!

I have kids with genetic disorders and the youngest got seizures during sleep out of nowhere a couple of months back.After that i have to keep an eye on him every night and the lack of sleep makes me very tired so keeping a pe routine is very hard to do now.

I started hanging again at 30mins with 3lbs and will up the intensety when we get things a little under controll again.

I’m happy to hear you’re getting in some PE, it’s probably a good outlet for what you’re going through. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself and learn to be very kind to yourself. Are you going through tough times so do not be shy to ask for help for anything

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
