Todays workout:

10min x 2sets of stretching with LM
10min x 2sets of hanging 5lbs

The pimple is starting to come back???

It sounds as though this is not a pimple it is most likely an ingrown hair. Without seeing it I can’t be sure but I can relate to having an ingrown hair and having it reappear. What I did to solve this was I allowed the pimple to go to the point of almost popping. at that point inspect the pimple and you should find a black dot in the middle of the pimple. Take a tweezer and gently pull the hair out. After this use a hot compress and you should be back to work within two days.

DLD what do you think will get me more gains?

Or

10min x 1set of stretching with the LM
10min x 4sets of hanging 5-7lbs
 
DLD how do you avoid the pinch on the sides of the base when you put on the LM?

When i put it on it presses the shaft out of the insert and pinches even with wrap.

Pinching happens when your wrap has either wrinkles, folds or creases. Try to re-wrap again smoothing out every layer without fold or crease. When this was happening to me I could barely hang 5 pounds without extreme pain. Once I learned to wrap properly I was able to hang over 50 pounds without any pinching.
 
DLD can one use the LM for only 20mins and take it for blood flow or is it possible to work it up to longer sessions?

The LM pinches the shaft on the sides when i press it to tighten the bolts.The shaft comes out of the ring where you insert the shaft.

I use the sleeve and then wrap the sleeve with a wrap that attaches it self.

Maybe try using only ace wrap and see if that helps. For me a couple of wrapping styles worked but most didn’t. The two wrapping styles that worked best were
1. One wrap of Thera band two wraps of ace
2. Three wraps of ace

You may want to try using the sleeve alone and see if that makes things more comfortable. I have never tried that so I’m going on other brothers data.

Because of family sits i have only time to hang for 20mins with 5lbs.

Guess its better than nothing.

It would better be spent using your LM to do stretches for 20 minutes than hanging. 20 minutes of hanging is not nearly enough to cause growth. It’s good for maintaining your size but 20 minutes of hanging is just not enough time. I would take that time and do the newbie routine stretches using your Lengthmaster. This will bring growth twice as fast
 
DLD the lig or cord under my penis is very hard and wont let me stretch my penis as far as it actualy can stretch since it had become soft.Any ideas on how to get it more stretchy?

I need to get back on the drawingboard when it comes to wraping.
 
DLD the lig or cord under my penis is very hard and wont let me stretch my penis as far as it actualy can stretch since it had become soft.Any ideas on how to get it more stretchy?

bundles bundles and more bundles! This will be your best way to allow everything to relax. You may also want to try some heat by maybe using a heating pad while you’re stretching. I’m not sure if you have the MOSRed but if you do you can use that while you’re stretching too. Obviously the cheaper way is to go with a heating pad.

Did you try the heating pad and did that do the trick?
 
Yes i used the heating pad,it got a little loose,will use the heating pad longer today.

that is so good to hear because that’s exactly what I did in the beginning of my program for the first six months. I always believed that the heating pad I used was the biggest difference between me gaining as much as I did compared to other people who did not gain as well as I did. I also had a very powerful pelvic floor muscle routine that I did the other people were not doing which I think also contributed to my growth. But in that for six months using that heating pad I gained 2 inches in length. I’m praying you have the same success.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ?
