DLD bro how hard do you stretch with the LM?

First congratulations on the gains, I’m very proud of you! Your hard work is paying off and that’s what I like to see. When stretching with the LM I go as hard as I can but as you learned your learn how much intensity you can add. Don’t be shy but also don’t rush it. Try to use more and more intensity every day until you get yourself to a sweet spot

DLD because of full house in the evening i cant pump but using the LM is no problem,during the day i have 1-2 hours free time,should i pump then and stretch in the evening?

As long as you’re getting a good stretch I’m not concerned when you do it. I prefer men do length before girth but if you’re putting many hours in between it really doesn’t make a difference. I mainly did girth at night so I could be at my biggest when I was having sex and I did the length in the morning when I was too tired to focus, length work takes no focus.

I can feel the stretch all the way up to my abs when i pull down and behind the ass.

that’s crazy cool and it’s only happens with the Lengthmaster. It’s crazy that you can feel the stretch through all of your pelvic floor muscles this is simply impossible to do by hand.

it happens to all of us, it’s part of the game. A very good thing to practice is after you have trained for the day to wear the SiliStretcher To keep yourself elongated as you heal. In practicing this your flaccid length will come close to your erect length. Remember, the penis for most of your life has never gone through what you’re putting it through so there’s going to be reactions. I’m so happy you came to us with this. Now you know that what’s happening is totally normal.

Aside from using the silly stretcher to keep yourself elongated I also highly recommend you do the testicle health massage and stretch every day. This will help your flaccid length and heaviness hanging like a horse!

DLD do you think it will help to wrap the Bathmate during use with heathpad?

I never really thought about that but I dare you to try it and see what happens. You may have invented a very cool modification. Try it and let us know how it works out and maybe we can add it to our database

DLD its time for some PA stretches,where should i add them and for how long?

Go over and pick out for different exercises you want to do let me know what they are and I can work them into your routine. All powerassist exercises or fulcrum exercises and they all are equal in their power. So choose 4 that you like

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water.
