I was reading on thunders place that BIB use to hang between 4-6 hours a day and gained 4 inches in 2 years.I think I may incorporate this in my program since I have alot of time .

That's fine, but don't forget the things I taught you. They are important to your growth. Adding in something new, there's no problem as long as it works for you.

Try to start training first and then smoke after you started your first set. The difference is amazing.
what's the difference well from what i notice sometimes when I strech the stretches have a massage type feeling to it.

That's normal, but my point was, you should never start smoking until you start a project or you'll never start the project. So the best plan is to start your training. And then after a minute or two, take a nice big hit
