Ive been stuck at the same size since i started this progress thread.
That's not good. We're gonna have to consider a new routine. Maybe what I gave you Is too hardcore. Or maybe not hard enough. How do you feel after a workout? And how much time total do you dedicate to working out each day?

its not to hardcore its just i get bored and change my routine up i sometimes workout 2 hours sometimes I feel sore sometimes.

Man, pushing hard like a warrior. Use a 32g needle to miminize puncture hole. The body's capacity to seal it is better than the larger 24g needle.

Try to stick to 1 routine for at least three months before you change up, exercises or routine. The penis expects a steady routine, one that does not change all the time. And when that routine starts to slow down, or you see no growth in three months, then it's time to change the routine. You are already a monster and believe me. I know how hard it is to have a monster penis that is stubborn. This is why you need to be hardcore as you're dealing with a beast

He's just playing around with play-on-words. Each person has different reaction to jelqs based on types of jelqs. Some have extreme, some have little. Your jelq session is pure craziness for your needs. What you're doing is invoking the highly discussed angiogenesis. Keep going at it if you're feeling comfortable and have the time. the blood pressure generates fluid dynamic growth in a different direction than just pumping and LM3 force.
