My Not So Lazy, Lazy Ass Stretch Routine

When I first began to practice the fowfer, or lazy ass stretch, I found sitting on my limp dick a waste of time. It usually ended up in my butt crack, rather unpleasant, to say the least. (I can now stretch my flaccid penis to the second vertebrae above my tail bone).

So I started to just stretch it as far back as I could as often as I could, with my goal to reach higher and higher up my spine. After a few months of practicing this stretch, and grasping my penis near the glans, I ended up injuring the sensitive nerve above the glans. So I gave up this version of the fowfer.

During this time, however, I discovered an alternate movment, using my legs to enhance the stretch. The result has been no further injuries and a lot of "burn" in both my tunica and my ligs.

Here is what I do: I lie down on the floor or bed, and with my knees bent, I place my feet flat on the floor. Then pulling my scrotum aside, I grasp my penis about half way down the shaft. Avoiding the sensitive area near the glans, I pull it as far back along my butt crack and then up my spine as I can. I usually grasp it with both hands, one above the other, but I can just as easily do it with one hand.

Once I have pulled my dick as far back as I can, I lift my butt up about six inches off the floor. Then I bow my knees as far out as I can, slowly bringing them together to a count of ten to fifteen seconds. I repeat this movement for about ten to fifteen minutes. As I bring my knees together, I can feel the stress on both my tunica and my ligs. The burn is great!! No real pain, though.

It is important to approach this movement slowly and with great deliberation and focus, especially as my knees draw together. It is during the last few seconds that I get the greatest stretch and stress. I can also increase the "burn" by raising my butt even higher.

When I finish this routine, I always take my penis, which looks like a stretched wet noodle, and shake it vigorously agains my inner thigh for a few minutes to get the blood circulating again.
 
I need to try this method. But is the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] comparable to a regular manual stretch, because you can't multi-task like a regular Lazy Ass stretch.
