How am I supposed to do manual PE now?
 
I kinda like jelqing.......
I mean, it is the only exercise I know that give both, length and girth gains........

SSJ is pretty neat too.......
It gives a lot of expansion but it is only good if you only want girth gains........

the SlowSquashJelq is the best manual girth exercise PERIOD!
 
From this point onward, I am going to also mention my penis condition on this thread and will update it weekly......

Conditions right now:

1. Cannot gain 100% erection. I always feel my erection is not 100% and somewhere between 90-95%.
2. Erection is better with adult entertainment (but still don't feel like it's my 100%). Kinda feels like I suffer from PIED.
3. Volume of ejaculation is very low.
4. Kegels somewhat hurts.

Things I am doing to better my penis:

1. Warmup as soon as I get some privacy.
2. Light PE (basic stretching).
3. Reducing amount of adult entertainment consumption.
4. Less masturbation.
5. Kegels (a lot).
 
Usually when you can’t get 100% it’s because you’re suffering from fatigue and a certain way. You may be over doing your Kegels Which can contribute to fatigue. Ejaculation volume is something that I never really thought to be a big deal as I have very low semen output. Are you masturbating?

I didn't know that you can overdo kegels.....
I thought it can be can be done as many times as you wish.........

The whole premise of DLD blasters is using Kegels to fatigue the pelvic floor muscles. So you can get fatigue from doing Kegels. You can do Kegels all day long but you may run into EQ issues.

I was doing kegels like crazy for the for some few days......
And now I know why I am having issues with my penis.....
No wonder, my EQ has suffered
