My first SRT type routine

Those temporary links gains must feel great. As you gain in the number becomes greater you will be permanently solidifying this growth.
 
And now I’m onto a break for the month of January...
right now I’m back to my starting BPEL, before my 3 month break of 8.25 but my BPSFL is up almost 1/4”, so maybe I’ll see some more of that by the end of my break.

Just make sure you get back on that horse after 90 days. Don’t let it break turn into a permanent vacation.
 
only 30 days this time. As I’ve said before, breaking is WAY more difficult to me than doing the work.
I like that much better than 90 days. Just be careful not to turn this into a permanent vacation. But I think you’re good and you’ll be very disciplined when the time comes

Back to work this morning. Doing my hanging straight out this round using a similar format as last time. This time I’ll be using US heat the whole time, 2-3, 5 minute sets per session. I did retain my BPEL this break. Still @8.25 max BPEL

3.6% strain
Extender (starting measurement) 15 minutes, re-tightening every 5
S.O hang 10min@ 6.25 lb (5 min US)
20min@ 8.75lb (5min US)
2 minutes manual stretching

Congratulations on keeping that growth through the resting process now affirming that it is permanent. I love the new change up in your routine, this becomes important as doing the same thing can be redundant. Keeping our motivation up in so important to keep our routines fun.
 
I repeated Monday’s workout only w/ upping the weight to 7.5lb start and 10lb finish (because i didn’t feel much fatigue from Monday)
However my strain level decreased substantially.
start 8.36
Finish 8.55
Strain 2.2% that’s 39% decrease from yesterday’s 3.6! In my mind that means far less efficiency. Think I’ll drop some weight.

Looking good my brother! If you can’t train Monday you can train Tuesday. There’s always another day so don’t get down on yourself.
