My first SRT type routine

Alright, not writing it out all the time but here’s the routine. Adding a little more intensity all the time. The whole Routine is done staying as warm as possible with the constant reheating of a race sack.
L/R bundles 60 sec each (start easy and add intensity)
L/R circle stretch’s 30 sec each
25 Classic jelq

SSJ 2-1/2 minutes
Pump 5 @ 3hg

SSJ 3-1/2 min
Pump 8 @4hg
Add a tight girth band
Upward v-jelqs 15ish
Edge for 5ish

SSJ 4-1/2 min
Upward v-jelqs
Edge 15 and slight SSJ’s
Remove tight girth band pump for 15@5hg, while I shower and stuff.
Put on a looser girth band for next 3-5 hours

workouts have been a progression of this. When I pump I always go up to 7-10hg for a few seconds for full expansion then back down.
On SSJ’s sometimes it takes a couple rounds to get through the minutes. Also as I loose
Errection I often times do a slight bundle, really kills it.
upward v-jelqs I wrap my index finger around and pull up bending my shaft towards the upward curve I hope to get. And causing major expansion to my CS, my #1 target area.

Are you saying bundles are not working? Or am I reading that wrong?
 
Well, taking a break for a bit. I’ll measure in a couple days and see where I ended up. Still feels slightly thicker after a couple days off but I have already lost some. Only the tape will tell for sure. I’ll post back in a few days and let ya’ll know what the last couple months routine netted. If it’s decent I might repeat something similar, if not I’ll devise a new plan...

After about 10 days rest, measured with no discernible difference, might be a 1/16” or so but it’s very hard to tell with such small numbers. We’ll see next round.
Think I’m going to take a couple more days off, just over 2 weeks total and start back with an upward, “over the shoulder” hanging routine. Bought a pulley to hang from the ceiling. After6 weeks or so, I’ll redo a similar girth routine.

Sometimes gains can be slow but steady. I think that it’s always smart every once and again to take the break of maybe 1 to 3 days to recoup, reset and to come out with a vengeance with some new shit to confuse your penis.

My gym finally opened up again too, I used its closing as an excuse to get out of shape. I lost 6 lbs over 2 months of not working out and gained quite a bit of fat in the process. But it’s great to be back and I’ll crush that in no time.

The new business;
Set up the over the shoulder hanging rig and ran my first set this morning. Started at 5lbs and didn’t feel a thing so immediately bumped it to 7.5, for about 5 minutes then upped it to 10. Guessing I’ll be adding weight Friday but we’ll see how sore I am. Currently hanging, when I’m done I plan to do some manual stretching, jelqs and edge a little.
I’ll check back in with a routine once I figure it out.

Over the shoulder is the most powerful position to make Tunica gains. Aside from the Lengthmaster and bundled stretching, hanging OT and gives the tunica a good stretch.

Extend for 1-2 hours from here... then sleeve
 
So been working out consistently since the last update, every other day. Similar results with every workout, 8.2-8.25 pre and 8.45-8.5 (BPSFL) post workout. Up to 14lbs for 30 minutes now.
I have made some progress with my Lengthmaster though, pretty exciting stuff for me. Since I have purchased it, I haven’t been able to use it consistently. I had some trouble with tears in the urethra and bleeding every couple sessions. Anyway, I started back slowly, trying to use it and was having the same problem, a build up of blood in the glans and swelling to the point it felt like it could tear again. Long story short, after much more trial and error with the wrap, I finally took everything off and clamped straight to my shaft. To my surprise, no head swelling. I think the massive amounts of wrapping was choking the return blood flow causing the major head swell and eventually the bleeding from the urethra. Hopefully, problem solved because I have been getting some serious stretching in with this thing. Looking for some good returns on this new endeavor, I’ll keep you posted ??

If I only had one tool it would be the Lengthmaster! So much can be done with one tool that it’s unbelievable. I’m glad that you’re your urethra has healed. I really dig your inspiration and motivation that’s going to bring you to where you wanna be.
 
Thanks DLD. Hurt my back and took a week off, back at it again. Up to 16lbs before the break, also OTS hanging w/ the Lengthmaster. Still no problems! I can feel the stretch a ton more on the sides w/ the LM. I can also twist and change angles, loving short intense sessions with it. Hopefully it produces

Welcome back my brother and I’m glad you got right to work. The Lengthmaster is going to become your favorite mate! There’s no more professional way to stretch then with an LM.
 
Haven’t updated in a while so here goes.
doing basically the same routine up to last weekend. I wasn’t getting the post workout numbers anymore, lucky to get from 8.2 to 8.3. So on Saturday I did an extra long initial session and continued throughout the day. Every hour I’d do 10-15 minutes with the LM then extend for the remainder of the hour, I repeated this six times until my did felt like hamburger. Took Sunday off.
For this week I have ran a little more intense length session MWF then did girth tue/thurs. still not getting shit for post workout stretch.
Next Tuesday we leave for family vacation. So this will be the start of my next break. Hope to see some thing out of this routine but I’m doubtful.
 
I think a break is a good idea while we plan a new routine. Since you’ll come to a plateau we will need to either increase the intensity, introduce new exercise or add tools.

Post workout length will not always increase after every session, this happens over a longer period of time and it pretty much is different for every man. The only things I suggest you measure is your flaccid stretched bone pressed length after training and your post girth measurement. The other measurements should be saved for a report every 90 days.

Rest as you rest look through some of the more modern exercises available. The SRT routine is the best way to go. It will deliver grow very quickly. I also suggest you look through some of the powerassist exercises as these are awesome fulcrum stretches. Search out exercises like DLD blasters, the DLD foot long stretches, Bathmate hardcore stretches, various bundle exercise, expressive stretches and erect stretches.
