I’m really loving those temporary length gains I wish I would’ve measured this way. It seems a bit obsessive when it truly isn’t, it’s actually just mimicking the brilliance of measuring after girth work. I’ve always suggested that men measure their flaccid stretched bone pressed penis every couple of weeks to make sure there length routine is working. Never made the supposition that there would be temporary length games. I’m so glad that I read this and I’m going to do an article for SRT based on this. Merry Christmas my brother!

right now I’m back to my starting BPEL, before my 3 month break of 8.25 but my BPSFL is up almost 1/4”, so maybe I’ll see some more of that by the end of my break.
Just make sure you get back on that horse after 90 days. Don’t let it break turn into a permanent vacation.
I like that much better than 90 days. Just be careful not to turn this into a permanent vacation. But I think you’re good and you’ll be very disciplined when the time comesonly 30 days this time. As I’ve said before, breaking is WAY more difficult to me than doing the work.

Back to work this morning. Doing my hanging straight out this round using a similar format as last time. This time I’ll be using US heat the whole time, 2-3, 5 minute sets per session. I did retain my BPEL this break. Still @8.25 max BPEL

I repeated Monday’s workout only w/ upping the weight to 7.5lb start and 10lb finish (because i didn’t feel much fatigue from Monday)
However my strain level decreased substantially.

Strain 2.2% that’s 39% decrease from yesterday’s 3.6! In my mind that means far less efficiency. Think I’ll drop some weight.

Doesn’t matter much to me what everyone else is at, I just want some left when the wife says “just a little bit deeper”! I have a pretty crazy dip in my pelvic bone which makes my numbers appear better too. NBPEL I’m around 7-1/4 to 7-1/2 depending on how you measure.Already being close to 8 1/2 inches it must take a lot of stress off of you when going for measurements knowing that you’re bigger than 99% of the men in the world
Haven’t been logging lately but haven’t given up. So ran the same progression until the middle of March. Then took a week break. Measured before and after the break with no gains. Was just getting frustrated with length after not gaining for the last 6 months, thought I’d change it up a bit.
Then started a girth routine working out mon/wed/frid starting with a 45 minute w/o and have been progressing to an hour and 15 now. Start with bundled stretch’s, and some warm up stretch’s to SSJ and pumping, adding in some jelqs here and there. Started at 2 rounds each now up to 3.
