Progress thread my first routine start

I forgot to write yesterday.
simple exercise
dld blasters with the help of stick
all other dld blasters.
long and short crank.
simple exercise again.
150 jelqing
20 slow jelqing.
finally straight hard stretching.

I will update again this evening and add additional exercises to my routine.

some testicular massage
and finally 1 minute of extra flat stretch at medium tension.
and I sleep without wearing underwear after exercise and if I think about keeping the penis long by wearing a transparent silicone sleeve when going to work in the morning, I hope it helps.
