5 minutes hot water heating
basic exercises

@Alparslan34, I know you have some trouble getting the lengthmaster.

Don't disregard the power of the broomstick (picure of my broomstick).
It's a cheap device that can make you gain fast (especially the newbie gains of ~1").

With the correct intensity and will, you can make that device work for you. Bundle as much as possible (as many rotations, of your penis as possible), and pull hard for 1 minute in every directions for 1 hour each day. Split it up with 2 or 3 sessions.

Do this routine (broomstick routine), but you bundle as much as possible in every stretch instead. You need to make your penis to have no choice but to grow, always look for new ways to increase the intensity of the stretch, be creative. Penis elongation wrap is super important for growth, don't let your penis turtle (shrink into your body).

But if you can, get the lengthmaster there is no better tool for lengh than the lengthmaster. But don't feel discouraged for not having it. As I said the broomstick can get you started.

I will think about these things and check them over the weekend, and I will include them in the week next week. And now I'm building a simple cnc-like machine, and when I'm done, I'll make myself a lengthmaster tool from a solid material.
I will definitely include stick exercise in my routine.
I'll split the exercises into morning and evening for the week and include it later when I buy the silistrecher alternative. For now, I wear a soft silicone penis sleeve after morning exercise, it doesn't bother me, it keeps it long and it's not visible under the dress.
 
I don't think I will measure until I see a visible extension, the only thing I can think of is when my penis reaches 21cm I will stop.
