I don't think that anybody can compare to your success and understanding the anatomy of the penis. I don't know anybody that is more rehearsed in this, and it's proven by the growth you have made.

Word! He must surely have the record in gaining 3” in 1 year. Have you ever heard of anyone with greater speed of growth(or even similar)?

Because he's following the best way to train which is SRT. Anyone who follows this routine has the potential makes the same growth as inducer has made

But I also did SRT very relentlessly non stop for 18+ months, girth+length, 2h+ active PE almost everyday with passive healing 8-10h a day. And I’m not even close to those kinds of gains 🤣

In any case, would be really interesting to know if you know of any (proven) case of extraordinary gains from the god father of PE himself.

Surely you must know of some cases with your vast experience in this game? I think everyone would love to hear some example if you’d share?🙏

Didn’t @squirt_inducer_man only focus on length for a year. This might have something to do with it including 40 minutes of stretches a day spread out in 20 minute sessions twice a day.

Plus optimal healing taken time off based on fatigue levels and set schedule.

Personally I don’t think it matters when you stretch as long as are consistent. I say 30-40 minutes only.

Don't compare your results to others. Focus on making the best of your own gains consistently and religiously. The combination of those two things will leave you will gain a-plenty.

I'm of the opinion that, we all gain differently. No matter how hard you stretch, your gains would be different from that of the next man. Just focus on your own journey. We all shine differently.
 
I don't have loose ligaments. I was stretching harder then I thought was possible. The ligaments have a way of retracting themselves (if you let them), if you don't stretch them past a sertain point. It is nice to have them rest fully now.

You should not be worried to stretch your inner penis. You need to stretch your entire penis (shaft, inner penis and ligaments=Fundiform+Suspensory) to gain optimally. That is why reverse Kegels are so important.

Thanks for sharing and caring brother. Hope my 4-5 weeks off from PE in December/January has primed me for gaining again.

Just gotta keep on testing out different forms of PE until I hit the jackpot on what works for me.

I have a theory but some might not agree with me. I say longer practitioners should take off 6 months from all the abuse on the penile tissue.

The rule of thumb is 2-3 months before returning working your way up slowly. I took off a little bit over 2 months before returning myself.
