Time for an update my brothers.
As mentioned earlier, I took a full 8 weeks completely off PE, in hopes of deconditioning the tissues after so long non-stop work and lack of growth.
I have now been back on track for around 5-6 weeks doing stretching
1 day on, 1 day off. (I only do length work now)
25-30 mins of manual bundled stretching with baby powder to:
-the sides, left and right.
-behind the cheeks
-mandingo stretches, with added pressure from the second hand (also bundled, this one is crazy intense actually, in my opinion, similar to length master intense!)
-then finish it up by standing up, gripping the penis behind the cheeks from the back with one hand and the other hand gripping the ballsack from the front and pulling it upward. pulling dick and balls upward this way. Is this a good way to do the ball & lig stretch, by the way?
*note, this is the only thing I've done. No ads or anything else besides this. It's so freaking cold where I live right now so I don't even think ads/sleeves are healthy at this point because the dick would be an ice stick with the limited blood flow in a matter of minutes.
Maybe I'm ready now to up the volume and intensity a bit. I'm thinking of doing 2 days on and 1 day off and perhaps let
