Hey bro, I'm not saying at all that what you said is "wrong" and what I said is "right".Everything you are mentioning are very wise brother, and worth to thinking about. I believe I was probably not thinking through it all before posting. I was only using my own experience as a reference point. This was kind of bad, and I may look like a dushbag for not considering all aspects of the problem at hand. I'm sorry for that.
I love your mindset as well. You have teach me so much vulnerable information.
I don't know about the Tunica albuginea for sure, but you are probably correct about that. I supposed I only was using my own experiences when I wrote post #615 in this thread, that was not good at all. I suppose I need to be here 10 years to get more experiences about all this. I though this PE thing could be done in like 2 years time, but now I realize that this is a lifetime commitment. Somewhat happy I get to do PE rest of my life. Can you point me to other resources regarding PE other then Rddt. I do not like Rddt, there is so much negative energy there. I mentioned LENGTHMASTER once in one of the forums/pages. But they imminently removed it. But meanwhile they are mentioning other brand of devices back and forth constantly....very strange.
Now when I think about it. For me sometimes for sure my Tunica albuginea retracts a bit and gets "hard" (MOS RED helps with that after a session), but I only need like 1-3 days (mostly 1 day) of rest. Not exactly hard, but I feel in the tissue that my penis have had enough for a while. So maybe that is what everyone are talking about? Now when I think about it the rest period I had for 4 weeks may be proof of this. My penis needed rest to heal up completely, and after that period I was longer. Very insight information indeed. Haven't thought about this before.
You are correct about the strength training as well. I have been so focused on the video in the FAQ video thread (🎞 26. Why do Some Men Gain Faster than others in Penis Enlargement? ), that I didn't think about there could actually be a genetic aspects to how fast your body are allowing you to gain. Healing time and growth, and also genetic limitations but the long game can change your predisposition. But now when I think about it. It has to be that way. Genetics play 100% a role in this. There is some truth to the video in the FAQ video thread, but it's not the whole picture.
I was a skinny and weak dude when I was 15 years old. It took approximately 17 years for me to have the strength I have today.
We need to apply the same game into penis enlargement it's a long game.
Thanks for sharing this information.
I don't really know about this one, I suppose I wrote that 5 Inch was possible due to my own experiences and progression. But as I now have realized is that, the longer you become the harder it becomes to force the penis to grow longer.
I realize it was a big claim, and an unrealistic claim. I'm again sorry for implying that, it was a good thing you corrected my narrow point of view, and thinking. It looks like I talked about things that I didn't really had a full grasp on. But I want to believe it's possible, but it will take a lot of time => A lifetime. I'm very grateful/thankful that I got this information from you. I was blind to the reality of things.
I really starting to feel the "suck" in the grind now.
A very good example indeed.
Very honored to be amongst such legends in PE.
I believe he is one of the brothers that have helped most brothers here on MOS.
I now don't believe it's common. My perspective on this was 100% out of whack.
Indeed.
I 100% agree.
No question about it. I don't question your abilities.
I think what was happening, was that I had a hard time to see everything from other perspectives. You can say I was stuck in a limiting paradigm (a box of thinking).
I'm happy for this approach. I want to keep myself open minded as much as possible. But I suppose sometimes you need someone to push you out of the "box of thinking"
I hope this cleared everything up. It's so easy to get stuck in the way we think.
Take care brothers.
I was just sharing what I have found researching this topic.
I think that's the issue with PE, there isn't a lot of scientific studies on it so we'll have to rely heavily on empirical data and other PE'ers experiences.
The only studies I'm aware of is the phallosan forte one from their website and one more I believe on hanging (might be PE hangers the german brand, if I'm not mistaken)
My earlier research on PE was on PEgym, thundersplace, goodlookingloser and moreplatesmoredates off the top of my head.
The thing about the tunica hardening, I have literally no idea if this is the case or not as we don't have any studies on it that I'm aware of.. So again, we're bound to just follow other people's experiences..
Thanks for posting DLD's Why do Some Men Gain Faster than others in Penis Enlargement? It refreshed my memory on his wisdom on the topic and interesting to hear him talk about some people might need more intensity and some might need less. The only thing he's not bringing up in this video is the part about rest/decondition breaks. Might be because he never took any as he has expressed before.
I'm confused about the way forward but one thing is for certain, I can't continue the same way and expect different results. That's the definition of insanity. And to gain so marginally in 7 months (+0.14 in length and +0.1 in girth) something has to change. So as of right now, I have quit PE altogether since my last post and only doing the Mos Red light therapy for 20-30 mins a day and lubricate with Bio Oil.
It really sucks, to be honest - I'm really anxious to have to quit at this moment but something has to change! I might have to force myself to have a complete break of 6-8 weeks now
I also don't have a clue if this is really the case that there's a genetic component to PE. I'm just trying to gather information and experiences from others. I followed the checklist DLD gave in his video linked above:
Intensity (I stretch as hard as I can without sharp pain!)
Form (I'm 99,9% certain I have a very good form!)
Regularity of routine (I have been very consistent so this one is also checked!)
So with all the boxes ticked here the only logical conclusion I can find is the element of needing less work to gain more, which he talks about in the video...?
By the way, I was thinking about something. I know DLD gained his first 2 inches in six months from what many call "the newbie gains" and then an additional 2 inches took him 8 years if I'm not mistaken. Given that you never really took rest/decondition breaks, do you think there might be some truth to that whole "decondition thing" because you might have been "overtrained" and thus it taking so long to gain that additional 2 inches? Do you think that you might have gained faster if you incorporated breaks? @DLD . Would love to hear your thoughts on this or if you have any other input for me possibly
