But bro, at the same time we need to look at this objectively with our collective intelligence here...

I can imagine you have at least done as much research on PE as I have (if not more).

How many cases have you stumbled on where someone gained 5 inches? I only know 1. Before I found MOS I researched other forums and the consensus seems to usually be that gaining 1 inch is somewhat achievable for most, 2 inches is possible but needs a great amount of dedication and focus for a longer time and 3 inches a very few achieve with the utmost dedication for years. Not trying to limit anyone's mindset or goal here, I'm just trying to express what I have found from studying MANY cases on many different forums.

I've read countless old threads on MOS of people being in this game for 5, 10, 15 years or more who are still on their first inch gain, second or chasing their third. Yes, not everyone is as dedicated as others are. But some are very dedicated.

If I may take @huge-girth as an example, I believe he has been in this game well over 10 years by now and I believe he has gained just a bit over 2 inches. Yes, he has had some periods off and all. But this is also an example of the actual reality.

Yes, there are people who pop up on the forum and claim amazing gains like 1.5-2 inches in a very short time period (and yourself of course) and I believe them! But just how common is it really? When you're taking everything into account. And I would imagine that we who actually post on this forum and are active are a minority and the hidden statistics of all the lurkers are not even being noticed. I believe we who are active probably are the most dedicated and serious and that way gain the most, ultimately. So with that in mind, I believe people on average are actually gaining even less, if all this makes sense!

If we compare it to bodybuilding, some people achieve an amazing physique in their first year of training. And the next guy may have to work harder for 3-5 years to even come close because of their genetic makeup. There must be at least somewhat of a similar occurrence when it comes to PE in my mind. Super responders vs. hard gainers. If you take everything you know into account, doesn't that make sense?

I mean, from my perspective, it's just a little bit simplistic to say it's all about the intensity and the program. We all know the best practices and exercises and all the details around it and that we need to stretch as hard as we can just before actual sharp pain occurs.

Still, we gain very differently...

And if I can take @Tommy Gun as an example, if I'm not mixing him up with someone else, he is a very big strong jacked guy who has been into fitness for many many years. I would never believe he has a problem with intensity as well. And for myself, I'm also a pretty strong and big guy (and also been training with fatgripz for years so my grip strength are much stronger then the average. I fucking stretch all that I can. Sure, I CAN stretch a bit harder, but that would seriously risk injury.

And by the way, how can you be 100% sure that the tunica can't be hardened over time when hundreds and hundreds of people over many years have experienced this? I'm not trying to call you out here or anything like that. I'm just inviting a healthy debate on the above topics so we can all learn and avoid black-and-white thinking!

Keep in mind, this is just my thoughts/experiences. Would love to hear what you guys think about it!
Very well said brother. Coming from a guy that was plateaued for years, making me a hard gainer.

Luckily I’ve started gaining again by wearing an extender at near full traction for hours everyday, gotta find what works for you and I know I got to be intense in my PE routines as I’ve tried the «less is more» approach to no avail.

I got like that pretty early on in my journey.
Stopped seeing growth only 4-5 months in and was stagnant for almost a year due to overwork and consistent injuries.

Took a long break (2 months) and started like a beginner again and am seeing growth again.

I'm convinced you don't need as much work as previously thought to grow

My penis are really telling me to take a rest. I don't know if I'm doing that. But I belive that would be the best decision. I have seen benefits with longer rests before. Maybe this is the window I'm looking for. Some relaxation finally

I'm also contemplating on stopping lengthwork completely for now.

Doing bundled stretches in front of a heating fan and really heat up 🔥 that tissue is also a good recommendation.
It doesn't matter if you live in a warm country or not, you should do this either way. You can say you are overheating the tissue, without burning yourself. This is how I always have done it from the strart.

Don't disregard this. To make the connective tissue pliable and soft is really important in penis enlargement, and you do this with heat and bundled stretches. You don't need to stretch hard to loosen up the tissue.

Some men also have a thicker Tunica Albuginea and need to work to loosen that up more (warm up), to get the expansion they desire from their girth sessions.

This seams to also be the case:
The thickness of the tunica albuginea increases with age from 400–450 μm in young men to more than 900 μm in elderly men.

After that, I'm all ears and would happily take your advice and fully devote myself to your routine @squirt_inducer_man and see where that takes me.

Also, I'm now going to separate length and girth work and only focus on length for 6 months and then devote the following 6 months to girth.

I'm on a decondition break as well. I've not trained for over a month now. I want to restart again by January.

I'm thinking of measuring before starting up again so I know exactly my starting point and then measuring every 3 or 6 months to better collect feedback on how my training is going.

Yes I want to measure both length and girth before starting again. I might start by 1st of December as January seems to be too far.
 
Hey brothers! Time for update!

I'm going strong with a fairly simple routine of length master downward expressive stretching (been doing downward bundle stretches for about 5 months now and during this period I've attached lower and lower and since a few months back I'm attaching at extreme base. So I figured I could stay with it for a few more months?)

  • So 30 mins of downward expressive stretching everyday
  • Erect stretches 15-20 minutes every other day or 4-5 times a week, usually right before LM session
  • Pumping 12 minutes before bed 5-6 times a week

This has been my exact routine for about a month now and I find it pretty manageable for me to sustain.

Other than this, I use red light therapy before length 10-15 mins, hydrocortisone cream after length, cock ring 30-45 mins after pump, bio-oil for skin health before sleep and lastly use ADS or sleeve for as many hours as I can get in in a day, usually 6-9 hours. Also try to get in a few hundred kegels everyday.

Any feedback or questions are as always very appreciated

By the way guys, as I'm always looking to learn more in this field. I've found a guy that seems knowledgeable and legit, claims over 3 inch length gain. He has been at it for around 10 years now. I found it interesting that he doesn't believe in "passive healing". He is big on vacuum hanging and pumping mainly it seems.

He has a youtube channel where he does Q&A's and talks on PE theory in general and a channel on pornhub where he shows the more practical side of things.


Maybe we could discuss his content further if you guys find it interesting! Let me know if I'm breaking any rules for linking?!

Time for an update my brothers.

As mentioned earlier, I took a full 8 weeks completely off PE, in hopes of deconditioning the tissues after so long non-stop work and lack of growth.

I have now been back on track for around 5-6 weeks doing stretching 1 day on, 1 day off. (I only do length work now)

25-30 mins of manual bundled stretching with baby powder to:
-the sides, left and right.
-behind the cheeks
-mandingo stretches, with added pressure from the second hand (also bundled, this one is crazy intense actually, in my opinion, similar to length master intense!)
-then finish it up by standing up, gripping the penis behind the cheeks from the back with one hand and the other hand gripping the ballsack from the front and pulling it upward. pulling dick and balls upward this way. Is this a good way to do the ball & lig stretch, by the way?

*note, this is the only thing I've done. No ads or anything else besides this. It's so freaking cold where I live right now so I don't even think ads/sleeves are healthy at this point because the dick would be an ice stick with the limited blood flow in a matter of minutes.

Maybe I'm ready now to up the volume and intensity a bit. I'm thinking of doing 2 days on and 1 day off and perhaps let @squirt_inducer_man give me suggestions on how to proceed if you want to give me your magical formula! 😎

Great to have you back brother! Wear the ADS at home if it's too cold to wear it out, get some extra breakdown of the tunica.

It's going well brother! Finally found a routine that works for me along with actual knowledge of how enlargement works. I never measure, but it wouldn't take a genius to see that my penis has gotten bigger in the last few months. Read over my log if you're interested, I'm on there everyday without fault.

I have now updated my routine since one week.

2 days on, 1 day off of:
  • 20 minutes BTC bundled stretches (mid shaft attachment for more internal penis expression) Hard intensity!
  • 6-8 minutes Ball & Lig stretches (all 4 positions and I do these BTC and upwards the stomach for more intensity)
  • Silisleeve for 2-4 hours after workout
Simple but effective routine that should be able to take me closer to my length goal this term (about 4 more months for length). Planning to alternate every 6 months length work to girth work.

What do you think brothers? @squirt_inducer_man I read through all your links and decided this is the way forward. Focusing on HIGH intensity.

Only concern might be that I’ve already done BTC/downward bundles for the majority of my PE career (over 1.5 years now). Worrying that I could find better growth from other exercises?

But at the same time, I can’t think of any other exercise with the same growth potential (especially when you have a high intensity approach). Some people hang for years on end and keep growing for example… Should be fine I guess…

I always wore mine all day also, and I have made an incredible growth.

The heating source sounds great. Have any link for me to see which one you use?

My warmup consists of either 15 mins of the Mos Red light - or if I’m at my girl’s house I boil a cup of water and let it cool down for a few mins and place it over my dick and fundiform ligament for 5 mins.

I will try and experiment starting with the ball & lig stretch before length master. My thought was that doing it after the bundles, it could potentially make the ball & lig more effective as the tunica is already pre-stretched and fatigued.

I don’t have any problems with the scrotum being in the way. Might be because of how I perform the BTC’s. I either do them sitting at the end of the bed and then placing my feet on the wall for support (bed is close to the wall) or at the edge on the sofa and use the coffee table for my legs. Note that my ass is in the air, I’m laying on my lower back so I have room to stretch up behind my ass.

The 2-4 hours of passive healing is just a minimum number I try to achieve. I did 8 hours yesterday for example.

The purpose of this minimalistic routine is that I can be 100% consistent with it and not get obsessive about it. Just part of daily life. My mental health haven’t been at it’s best this winter and therefore I focus a lot on my fitness as this is the best medicine for me.

Also have a minimalist approach as you know to the gym with 3 workouts a week (e.g Monday Wednesday Friday) and 7 days a week try to get in 10.000 steps a day and watch my diet closely.

I’m going to get into the best shape of my life this summer😎
