Your approach sounds good, but I have problem to understand your stretching position.The purpose of this minimalistic routine is that I can be 100% consistent with it and not get obsessive about it. Just part of daily life. My mental health haven’t been at it’s best this winter and therefore I focus a lot on my fitness as this is the best medicine for me.
Also have a minimalist approach as you know to the gym with 3 workouts a week (e.g Monday Wednesday Friday) and 7 days a week try to get in 10.000 steps a day and watch my diet closely.

I did something similar.
My fitness is good. But I'm a lot less bulky from when I started my penis enlargement, approximately 1 year ago. I'm more flexible but still strong.
I can probably run in indefinitely. Have been running to work in - 10°C and lower. Somewhat hard on the lungs to run in the cold, but you get used to it.
It was a really long time since I was at the gym. I need to get back there now. I'm doing girthwork now and it's much easier to live a normal life, with only one girth session per day (some rest days as wel).

but I’m closer to the edge (bellybutton in line with the edge). My butt is in the air with feet up on the wall for support. Or the same thing on a sofa and a table for the feet.

Sounds great that you are lighter and more fit. If you like running you could probably run by an outdoor gym and get some pull-ups, dips and pistol squats in. That would be good for you!

I supplement with 10.000 IE of D3 everyday. Always taking it in conjunction with Omega-3 for optimal uptake (D3 are fat soluble). Also very high dosage of omega 3 everyday.

I believe I posted about that heater before in my progress thread somewhere. I put it on an old CoolerMaster laptop cooler.

Don't compare your results to others. Focus on making the best of your own gains consistently and religiously. Probably better to focus exclusively on either length or girth at one given time, yes. A lot of people claim it is.Didn’t @squirt_inducer_man only focus on length for a year. This might have something to do with it including 40 minutes of stretches a day spread out in 20 minute sessions twice a day.
Plus optimal healing taken time off based on fatigue levels and set schedule.
Personally I don’t think it matters when you stretch as long as are consistent. I say 30-40 minutes only.
I’ve been following @squirt_inducer_man routine quite closely, not exactly in that I like to stretch every day and I like to measure a steady increase in my bundle as a mark of increased intensity and I’m 100% certain I can cement a 3” gain in 12 months.I'm of the opinion that, we all gain differently. The rule of thumb is 2-3 months before returning working your way up slowly. I took off a little bit over 2 months before returning myself.
I don’t have a size goal I have a time goal (12 months) which is broken down into 4x3 month goals..I'm sure of this as well.
