Progress thread My All-Out SRT Routine!

I’ve been following @squirt_inducer_man routine quite closely, not exactly in that I like to stretch every day and I like to measure a steady increase in my bundle as a mark of increased intensity and I’m 100% certain I can cement a 3” gain in 12 months.
With intensity disciplineand motivation you can get to any size you desire

Sounds amazing brother! For how long have you done his routine? Any gains with it yet?

Can I ask how long you’ve been doing PE in total and what’s your gains so far?

got my LM end of 2022, did the newbie routine for 9ish weeks and quit due to lack of time.

Started again 2nd November 23 and got cracking BTC and built up to this routine.

Measured 1.5” BPFSL at 3 months and
0.9” BPEL

sheer determination, mastering how to truly be clamped in the LM, not being afraid of soreness or injury, twist and pull the shit out of it.
If brothers are worried about their EQ and morning wood 🥱 their not going to succeed IMO
Oh and lots of heat chalk and hydrocortisone.

If it had not been for my f%&d up underarms I would most definitely have pulled out my LM3 again.

Like you, I think I’m going to do PE everyday since I only pump for 2x5 mins now so maybe my unit will handle doing it everyday that way.

You can make the handlebars bigger and see if that helps.
 
Bundled behind the cheeks is the most powerful exercise. Anyone can do. Get yourself a length master and start to make growth at record time

So powerful. Also when you get to maximum bundles and expressive stretches, the growth will happen so fast. Always increase the intensity progressively, in an exponential way.

Thanks for input. What kind of heat chalk are we talking about here (link?) and how do you use it and when?

Increase the intensity progressively. That is: Stretch with more and more intensity until you are at maximum intensity.

It took approximately 1 year for me to get to max intensity, maybe a little bit less. But that is the time frame.

Keeping your tissue warm before and during session is really important. I had 2 heating fans and MOSRED for this.

I have to agree with this.
You do this in a safe way. The upper limit of how hard (intense + deep) you can stretch your penis are really up there. With this intensity you can get ~ 2cm (0.79 Inch) temporary elongation after session.

I mean level 10 of stretching intensity, are really insanity level of intensity, but it's possible if you build up to it during some (many) months. I was able to gain with one session per day with this intensity (the last month or months). But it took many months to get there.

I say it again. If you do not keep your tissue really warm (heated) before and during your entire session, you will not be able to maximize the intensity and temporary elongation to the max. If your tissue are cold you should not stretch. Cold contract tissue/ warmth loosen up and make the tissue more pliable.

Though I just would added this. Always be safe about it.

The MOSRED Is one of the most important devices for healing for gaining. When you warm up with it, so much of your penis is loosened to take up a greater stretch. It also helps girth work. By giving you the flexibility to expand beyond any normal measures.

If you have a sauna you should stretch in there.
Actually I have a sauna but never tried stretching in it. I love sauna but my body cannot stand very high temperatures because of some weird condition. I get like fever and exhaustion from it weirdly enough…

Sounds like an awesome idea to try though at mild temperatures for stretching

That sucks. Having a sauna you can't use fully.
But now you have a use for it.

Imagine having the sauna at 35 °C.

How do you prefer to use the MOS red? 15 min warmup? Or any other way or duration?
The longer the warm up the better. I think that 10 to 15 minutes warm up is perfect, but you also need to use it. As you use train and afterwards, you need to use it for 10 to 15 minutes. To help you heal the gains you have made. To save time, I think the warm up should be done. Doing the ball in legament stech will prepare your penis for a much better workout

Thanks for input. Usually I don’t have it on during main exercises because it’s just a hassle to then have it close enough to actually have an effect (?) Maybe it has some effects even at longer distance…

I have somewhat modified my routine. I will post an update in a few mins. Would be cool to see if you have any feedback on it!
 
Might test that out in the future, good tip. Though for now I’m sticking to my routine for at least 2-3 months and if I haven’t gained anything by then I’ll have to take my LM3 out of retirement.
I remember hearing that you've already gained over an inch and a half in length. That is insane! Because of this don't get discouraged when your results become less. It's only natural that our gains slow down the more we gain.
 
Update:

Going strong with my length routine - 2 days on, 1 day off. I have modified it slightly and will share below:
  • Warmup 15-20 mins: I boil a cup of water, letting it cool down for 5-7 mins. During this time I let my penis hang straight down and tanning the front of my penis with MOS red from a 1-2” distance. Then I position the MOS red so I tan the underside of penis. I now also put the hot cup on topside of my penis (holding dick by the foreskin) and making sure the cup also sits directly to the ligaments at the base. I move the cup around a couple of times so all sides are getting heated properly, in combination with the MOS red.

  • BFR Massage/Compresses 5 mins (abbreviation: Blood Flow Restriction) I get myself semi erect and put a cock ring on and perform BFR massage by going up and down the shaft by deeply massage pretty intensely the shaft with my fingers to hopefully loosen up the tunica.

  • Erect Stretches 8-10 mins. I remove the cock ring and stay erect at around 80%. Grabbing the base with one hand almost like a “hook” so it puts more pressure on the shaft when I’m grabbing under the glans with the other and stretching straight down. I use baby powder here and stretching with as much force as the grip allows me for 20-30 sec X 10-15 times.


  • Expressive Bundled BTC LM stretches 20 mins. This is the main exercise. I make sure I get fully flaccid first. I attach almost at the extreme base, rotating the LM a full 1.5 times and stretch BTC.

  • Ball & Lig stretch 8 mins, baby powder for better intensity, in all 4 positions for 2 minutes each. My reasoning to put it last is that it potentially makes it more effective because of the prior pre-stretching bundles.

After this routine I stay elongated with either extender or silisleeve for around 6-10 hours, same on off days.
This is my modified routine, please let me know if you have any feedback brothers!

Looks good to me. I think you should continue on what you're doing and keep close track of the growth you're making
 
Thanks 🙏 since I’m planning to alternate length to girth work every 6 months (have 4 more length months) I don’t know if I have the courage to measure before my length period ends. Should be fine right…

Maybe measure your BPFS and erect length at the 3 month mark and wait until you’re full six months up before measuring again.

This is a quitter mindset, I will never allow this into my mind. Why even say this to a member who wants to gain big?

I was told these limiting beliefs when I was new here and that really made me feel bad about everything. I did my best to post less, and tried to do my best to disregard it all. If you read my progress thread you will see where this happend.

I was told that after 1 Inch length increase in BPEL, it would be impossible to gain as fast...all this was a lie. A lie made up by limiting beliefs. I was even told that 5 minute stretches was to much, and you only needed 1 minute stretches...this was also a lie.

My suggestion is to not limit members here. It can destroy them from within...it's like putting a break on their progress. You tried to make him feel better about everything, but if you had told me the same words, I would have felt as I was describing above... totally discouraged. The complete opposite.

This is how I feel about telling anyone about what they should expect in penis enlargement. You should never tell them about what they should expect or accept.
