I’m back to doing 1-2 length master sessions a day since one week back. 20-30 mins each session.
The exercise of choice is the bundled BTC and it feels like I’m responding well to it, flaccid looks longer already.
I’m excited to achieve my goals! Let’s get it brothers!
btw I have a question regarding penis ring after girth. I think my silirings have been somewhat stretched since I don’t get the same blood trapping feeling when wearing it. I experimented with a very tight band a couple of times and the blood trapping feeling was very intense and kept the dick filled with blood. But also felt a bit of pain doing it this way and I’m a bit scared after learning about DVT (deep vain thrombosis) from @squirt_inducer_man
maybe you have some input on this @huge-girth or @DLD? Can I use the ‘glans rings’ (the smaller ones) that comes with the siliring pack, or maybe should I enlarge them a bit first…
Thanks I Will do that. You want somewhat of a ‘blood trapped’ feeling right?(meaning keeping the dick engorged) But not to the point that it causes pain.I would enlarge them by stretching over a thick item like a bottle of coke. This usually solves the issue

NBPEL: 7.24" (pushing the ruler lightly into skin)

Thank you for your comment.The slow rate at which length gains are made once you gain over 2 inches in length is the reason why I decided to focus fully on girth work. The plan is to max out the mityvac.
The girth gains you made for the past 6 months is highly shocking and disappointing too. I will advice you take Viagra before measuring. And also, measure when you are very aroused. That should do it.
I noticed that my gains don't show unless there is excessive blood flow into the penis.
This could be a lack of blood flow problem. I've been training for 4 to 5 days a week. I believe there should be off days for girth at least twice a week.
I'm very confused right now. Don't give up brother.
It took Redzulu 4 solid years to get to 7 inches. I told myself recently that, it will take me 3 to 4 years to really max out the 2.5 cylinder even when my base girth was 6 inches when I started pumping in January 2023.
When I want to measure, I will surely be very aroused and also smoke my weed because weed gives the blood flow that no pill can ever give me.
@DLD also had problems with gaining girth but he found a way around it. I suggest we wait for his comment.

What worked for me was to take 8 weeks off of P.E. and start again.
I understand that sounds insane because we've been taught more is more.
But I went like 8+ months getting 0 gains.
My reason might be different than yours but I was all about having to do the absolute most all day every day.
Which for me (maybe you) just led to injuries.
Over and over and over again.
Then when I'd finally get healed up I'd try to go right back to it and just hurt myself again.
It's a hard pill to swallow. But my advice is take 6-8 weeks completely off.
Then don't go so damn hard once you're back haha

It's possible to gain fast constantly up to at least 10 Inch BPEL (+ 5 Inch), I'm sure of it (with the right program, and intensity).
And this is pure disinformation.
The reason this belief exist in the world of penis enlargement is that when brothers stop gaining, they want to blame their penis and not their program or strategy.
The key to not get stuck in a plateau is to increase the intensity progressively. The Tunica albuginea will not get stronger or tougher to stretch. It's penis tissue and it's supposed to be able to be ballooned up with blood in order support a strong erection. So I don't understand why this myth still exist? Imagine the Tunica Albuginea getting harder/strong as fuck, you wouldn't be able to have an erection?
But you need to be willing to stretch harder then you have ever stretched before, and you only need LENGTHMASTER 3, and this pel.wrap ( My penis elongation wrap). The modifications I did to my LM3 I didn't do them for fun, I did them in order to be able to stretch insanely hard, and bundled more rotation and be able to stretch with the same angle of attack.
The thing is that I know for a fact that most brothers, are not stretching hard enough with LM3.
This is what is so frustrating to me, I gain like crazy and nobody are willing to follow my program. I don't say this to seam better in some way. It's just so frustrating when I know the possibilities. I want to set a new standard of the norm of what is possible.
I promote high intensity stretching, and then keeping the tissue expanded/elongated throughout the day. For me this is the most efficient way to gain. Why put multiple hours in, when you can get all the gains with active stretching for 20 min x 2 times/day (3 days on, 1 day off)? The key is to always keep your tissue elongated when you are not stretching actively.
The pel.wrap I have developed keeps the penis both elongated and expanded.
Everything I talked about in this post I have shared on the forum. You are free to follow it and you will be amazed on how fast you can gain length with my methods.

You are correct about that. The longer you get, the harder it is to force the penis to grow longer, I have seen this for myself.But as long as they remain consistent, there will always be gains and with time they will eventually get to their dream size. The more gains you make in length, the harder it becomes to get more gains.
Let's say you gained 2 inches within your first 6 months. You cannot gain another 2 inches within the next 6 months. You might not even gain up to 1 full inch in that 6 months.
This is a sad reality but if you make PE a lifestyle, the little gains will build up to that dream size of 10 inches. But it will take longer.

I spend less than 5 minutes doing manual bundled stretches before my routine now.
Before I was doing 40 total minutes of bundled stretches in a device with way more force AND wearing an ADS for 6-8 hours a day.
0 gains made.
So maybe you're right. It was my program. I was doing far too much.
Because 40 minutes bundled should have had my tunica broken down to the point where I should have been growing.

I tried the intense sessions and it only worked for a short while for me.
Thanks for your input.Believe me, the problem is with your EQ. I believe you have made gains but erection quality is poor. My last measurement was in June and I haven't measured since then. I notice my penis is thicker whenever I smoke so I will be smoking once it's time to to measure.
Yes I'm only doing girth now and I'm getting to realize that it's going to take longer to max out the pump than I thought. For this reason, I've stopped length work completely since May. I want to max out the pump I have. I'm giving myself 4 years to achieve it.
I've not measured length since 2020.

But for me I got to a point to where I needed a less demanding schedule so I could focus on other things than just my dick.

Without sounding inexperienced what’s this DLD Blasters we talk about is there a feed somewhere on this forum where I can understand what it means?As a beginner with the length master, the DLD Blasters is too advance for you. You will make gains with it but you will not use the length master to its full potential to make all the needed gains. You need to do the length master beginner routine for 30days after which, you can then proceed to downward bundled stretches. The downward bundled stretches should be done for a minimum of 3 months (90days).
I strongly advice you stop doing the DLD Blasters for now.
The DLD Blasters and Expressive stretching should be a last resort (Their major use is to break a plateau).

You are correct about the strength training as well. I have been so focused on the video in the FAQ video thread (🎞 26. Why do Some Men Gain Faster than others in Penis Enlargement? ), that I didn't think about there could actually be a genetic aspects to how fast your body are allowing you to gain. Healing time and growth, and also genetic limitations but the long game can change your predisposition. But now when I think about it. It has to be that way. Genetics play 100% a role in this. There is some truth to the video in the FAQ video thread, but it's not the whole picture.If we compare it to bodybuilding, some people achieve an amazing physique in their first year of training. And the next guy may have to work harder for 3-5 years to even come close because of their genetic makeup. There must be at least somewhat of a similar occurrence when it comes to PE in my mind. Super responders vs. hard gainers. If you take everything you know into account, doesn't that make sense?
I mean, from my perspective, it's just a little bit simplistic to say it's all about the intensity and the program. We all know the best practices and exercises and all the details around it and that we need to stretch as hard as we can just before actual sharp pain occurs.

Before I found MOS I researched other forums and the consensus seems to usually be that gaining 1 inch is somewhat achievable for most, 2 inches is possible but needs a great amount of dedication and focus for a longer time and 3 inches a very few achieve with the utmost dedication for years. Not trying to limit anyone's mindset or goal here, I'm just trying to express what I have found from studying MANY cases on many different forums.

I would never believe he has a problem with intensity as well. And for myself, I'm also a pretty strong and big guy (and also been training with fatgripz for years so my grip strength are much stronger then the average. I fucking stretch all that I can. Sure, I CAN stretch a bit harder, but that would seriously risk injury.

I believe I was probably not thinking through it all before posting. I was only using my own experience as a reference point. I supposed I only was using my own experiences when I wrote post #615 in this thread, that was not good at all. I suppose I need to be here 10 years to get more experiences about all this. I though this PE thing could be done in like 2 years time, but now I realize that this is a lifetime commitment. Somewhat happy I get to do PE rest of my life. Can you point me to other resources regarding PE other then other discussion site. I do not like other discussion site, there is so much negative energy there. I mentioned LENGTHMASTER once in one of the forums/pages. But they imminently removed it. But meanwhile they are mentioning other brand of devices back and forth constantly....very strange.
Now when I think about it. For me sometimes for sure my Tunica albuginea retracts a bit and gets "hard" (MOS RED helps with that after a session), but I only need like 1-3 days (mostly 1 day) of rest. Not exactly hard, but I feel in the tissue that my penis have had enough for a while. So maybe that is what everyone are talking about? Now when I think about it the rest period I had for 4 weeks may be proof of this. My penis needed rest to heal up completely, and after that period I was longer. Very insight information indeed. Haven't thought about this before.

I was a skinny and weak dude when I was 15 years old. It took approximately 17 years for me to have the strength I have today.
We need to apply the same game into penis enlargement it's a long game.

I don't really know about this one, I suppose I wrote that 5 Inch was possible due to my own experiences and progression. But as I now have realized is that, the longer you become the harder it becomes to force the penis to grow longer.
I realize it was a big claim, and an unrealistic claim. I'm again sorry for implying that, it was a good thing you corrected my narrow point of view, and thinking. It looks like I talked about things that I didn't really had a full grasp on. But I want to believe it's possible, but it will take a lot of time => A lifetime. I'm very grateful/thankful that I got this information from you. I was blind to the reality of things.

I think what was happening, was that I had a hard time to see everything from other perspectives. You can say I was stuck in a limiting paradigm (a box of thinking).
I'm happy for this approach. I want to keep myself open minded as much as possible. But I suppose sometimes you need someone to push you out of the "box of thinking"

The thing with my program and progression is that I have continuessly increased the intensity. I have different techniques to increase the intensity. It's like my newbie gains haven't subsided jet. I believe some of it has to do with the intensity of my stretches (maybe genetics as well?).
I hold my stretches for 5 minutes in each bundled direction (righ/left), to get maximum elongation of the tissue after my session. I can explain deeper later if you want me to? I need to sleep now.
I'm at a point now that the intensity is so insanely high that I get like ~ 2 cm post temporary elongation after a session. Everything I'm doing works for me...and I'm still gaining.
I agree that rest is important. But when you stretch extremely hard like at 99.9% hardness (stretching force). It's like the rest will happen by itself. I'm doing 3 days on 1 day rest, sometimes I can just stretch 2 days in a row, becouse of soreness in the skin. Try to do 2 sessions per day, but sometimes it doesn't work due to skin soreness. But I do my best to keep this schedule.
I had 4 weeks ligth stretching (maintenance, due to work conditions) and that was beneficial for my progression. I was longer afterwards. So I believe in rest. Strategic and planned rest.
MOS-RED, hydrocortisone 1% and Locobase® REPAIR is essential for me to heal up.
People say the tunica hardens, but can't it instead be that they need to increase the intensity? I believe in short burst stretching, and in these conditions for at least for me it have been working.
