Dear Brotherhood, time for a routine check-in!
So I've been doing
lengthmaster work for around 11 months now (and pumping for a bit more), mainly bundled downwards then progressed into expressive downward bundles, then into
BTC expressive bundles.
For the past 4 months my routine has been the following (7 days a week with around 2 off days/month):
- 20 min erect stretches, I grip very low with one hand, stretching to the sides BTC (feel it a lot in the side ligs)
- 30 min BTC expressive bundles (lengthmaster) OR vacuum hanging for an hour (5.5 lbs)
- 20 min DLD bundled blasters (lengthmaster)
- 5x5x3 airpumping with mityvac using 6-8 grams of citrulline before workout
The above routine has looked almost the same for all of 2023 except vacuum
hanging and DLD blasters which I introduced 4 months ago

For the past 2 weeks my routine has progressed into what I will display below. Mainly because its been much more time efficient since I work from home now on the computer and can hang while working (still doing PE 7 days a week)
- 2-3 hours of vacuum (silistretcher) hanging with 8.8 lbs (4kg), I try to take 1 min break every 5-10 min
- 5x5x3 routine, OR 2x10 interval pumping, 2 min max pressure x 10 sets (release pressure fully every 2 mins, and remove the tube for 1 second and then pump up again). 6-8 grams of citrulline before girth
Been leaning more toward the 2x10 recently because of laziness/time efficiency. I always warm up with the
Mosred and try to at least get 5 min of bundled stretches in + 5 min of
SSJ's before starting the 2x10.
As always, I'm keeping elongated most waking hours with either a silisleeve or extender and of course
cock ring after girth, for an hour.
