I thank you brother/friend as well. I'm so greatful as well that I have met you. I didn't know this was possible when I first discovered this brotherhood.
A lot can happen in a short time, when you put your entire soul into something.
I will continue to put more information out there, and provide more value for this brotherhood. I think video instructions are the best way to share knowledge. I'm working on increasing the production quality of my videos as well.

Today I CRUSHED my previous sticking point in the tube which has been at 8.26".... To 8.4"!!!

Maybe not an astronomical thing, but this was big for me! To finally pass 21 cm (8.26") in the tube feels like a whole new chapter for me!

I don't know what happened as my cock also NEVER looked as girthy in the tube as today. I actually had trouble removing the tube.

VERY CLOSE TO 8.5" now, this is so awesome and I just had to share it to let off some steam haha!

This is very massive. Your consistency is paying off big time. What is the length of your pump? I'm right below 8 inches inside the pump. I'm using the 2.5 cylinder.

@huge-girth the length of my mity is 9" (if I go by the markers) and width 2.125.
hmm that's kind of weird. maybe I'm getting longer because my tube is narrower?

Because I think you're longer than me 'in real life' (outside pump). You also have the mityvac just to double check, right? And how long is your pump?

So I've been doing lengthmaster work for around 11 months now (and pumping for a bit more), mainly bundled downwards then progressed into expressive downward bundles, then into BTC expressive bundles.

For the past 4 months my routine has been the following (7 days a week with around 2 off days/month):

  • 20 min erect stretches, I grip very low with one hand, stretching to the sides BTC (feel it a lot in the side ligs)
  • 30 min BTC expressive bundles (lengthmaster) OR vacuum hanging for an hour (5.5 lbs)
  • 20 min DLD bundled blasters (lengthmaster)
  • 5x5x3 airpumping with mityvac using 6-8 grams of citrulline before workout
The above routine has looked almost the same for all of 2023 except vacuum hanging and DLD blasters which I introduced 4 months ago

For the past 2 weeks my routine has progressed into what I will display below. Mainly because its been much more time efficient since I work from home now on the computer and can hang while working (still doing PE 7 days a week)

  • 2-3 hours of vacuum (silistretcher) hanging with 8.8 lbs (4kg), I try to take 1 min break every 5-10 min
  • 5x5x3 routine, OR 2x10 interval pumping, 2 min max pressure x 10 sets (release pressure fully every 2 mins, and remove the tube for 1 second and then pump up again). 6-8 grams of citrulline before girth

Been leaning more toward the 2x10 recently because of laziness/time efficiency. I always warm up with the Mosred and try to at least get 5 min of bundled stretches in + 5 min of SSJ's before starting the 2x10.

As always, I'm keeping elongated most waking hours with either a silisleeve or extender and of course cock ring after girth, for an hour.

Happy to receive ANY feedback and analysis of my new routine or any thoughts

Thanks for sharing this. You are putting in all the work needed for gains. But the hanging part of your program, I would never have the patience to do myself.

Very much so! One of the main reasons I got myself a remote job was just because I could utilize the working hours to hang/keep elongated.

Just wondering if 2-3 hours of hanging every day is okay. I could even go higher but I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not? @DLD @squirt_inducer_man

I have never done hanging. I have only done high intensity stretching in short bursts, and then keeping my penis elongation on all day long.

But I suppose it's the same concept. Maybe have it on high intensity for 1 hour (really high intensity), and then the rest of the time just for elongation. I'm just pulling out ideas based on my experiences with high intensity and short bursts (short time) stretching (with: hands, broomstick and LM3).

My job is 100 percent remote also dude. The pandemic really set me up for PE.

If I understand correctly, you arre doing only 5 minutes of SSJ right before starting the 2x10 interval pumping. Is the 5 minutes of SSJ all the manual girth work you do? You don't do more SSJ in between the sets of interval pumping?

For me, 5 minutes of SSJ is not enough during a punping session. I always do up to 12 reps in total of 1 minute each SSJ throughout my pumping session. It does takes more than 10 minutes throughout the session. I don't even go by time when doing SSJ. I hold the grip until the erection fades.

2 hours of hanging is a lot. Just make sure you are doing about 10 minutes of bundled stretches (preferably DLD blasters) before attaching your hanger.

If you are motivated to explore the path to a remote job I'd really recommend it. I love it, it suits me really well. I make my own schedule and can have a better life quality. Just let me know if I can help you out in any way.

Yeah your approach of high intensity is probably the most optimal (Mike Mentzer style!)
At this point I'm okay with a little bit slower gains (still motivated to 'optimize' things though as long as it's not taking too much time) as my approach is to fit PE more into my lifestyle and not have it drain me on too much time/energy (hence the hanging while working). As long as I gain at a good rate and can keep at it for the long haul.

Yeah I'd love more input from people who has more experience with hanging and how to structure it in terms of intensity (weight) and duration, would be awesome.
 
The More hanging you do will bring decent gains. It's best you do some manual work and Lengthmaster work. This combination will bring gains faster

Does that mean I can hang for as many hours as possible? Yeah, I can see that combining it with lenghtmaster would be even better (especially bundles) but as I explained in the previous post I'm trying to fit PE into my lifestyle and not letting it consume me too much.

I have a new job I need to perform at a high level, I still want to keep my fitness at a high level and try to have a life outside all this as well. So there needs to be a certain balance for everything to work long-term, if that makes sense.

Yes, correct, I should include at least one more 5 min set of SSJ's in the middle of the 2x10 interval pumping session though. However, like I said in my post, I still do 5x5x3 some days. it just takes less energy to do the 2x10 (for me). I'm just experimenting a bit.

The best place to attach the length master when doing DLD blasters is right beneath the glans. DLD blasters target mainly the mid shaft. It's the most powerful length master exercise I ever did.

I agree vacuum hanging is well received by many. Just keep up with the consistency. I'm focusing mainly on girth till at least July next year. I should he 7 inches mid shaft by that time.

Are you getting more than half inch of expansion from your girth session?
 
I'm not sure I have never measured. But by the look and feel of it, a lot.

I mean right after your girth work. I was getting 0.75 to 1 inch of expansion when I was using the Bathmate. When I made the switch to using the Mityvac, I was getting only half inch of expansion until recently.

I started doing Mityvac hardcore stretches and this has helped to give me steady expansion of 0.75 to 1 inch just like my bathmate days. I've even gotten 1 inch of expansion a few times as well

Here is how to get that massive 0.75 to 1 inch of expansion with the Mityvac. Start your session and pump to your normal high pressure and stay at that pressure until the 3:00 minute.

Now grab the Mityvac with both hands and pull it downward like you want to pull the pump away from your body. Do this for the remaining 2 mins in every 5 mins pumping set. After your first 5 mins set, you will see what I'm talking about and by the end of the last pumping set you will be very impressed.
 
I had an accident when hanging for toooo long with high vacuum pressure with the silistretcher. Burst my glans, so I was off for 2 whole weeks to heal it up.

Then I travelled for a week but had some PE done in between but been away for over 3 weeks in total I’d say.


I'm back in business but I’m “only” doing vacuum hanging while working 1-2 hours a day and then a brief pumping session at night of 10-12 mins. I reintroduced the bathmate now for convenience in the shower and to switch it up a bit. Feels nice.

Haven't been too motivated to over-optimize things and just keep this simple routine for now. I still wanna gain of course but I also have other goals such as fitness and focusing on performing at my job.

I wanna be in this for the long term!

It's tougher now to do PE with the same intensity as before. Work will interfere for like 4 weeks now. So I need to gain slower for a while...that's no fun. But I will make it work. Time will be very limited for me.

Btw may I ask how much you have gained in both length and girth and how long did it take you?

I’ve gained about an inch in length and 0.7-0.8 in girth last time I checked (back in mars) next month I will measure again but I’ve been away for PE for almost a month, hopefully it won’t have interfered too much..

I'm past 8 inches BPEL now. Just working on length. An official measurement will come later.
 
Honestly, it’s pure insanity that you have gained +3 inches in such a short time period 🤯 That MUST be a record, never heard of anything like that..
The obsession took over for sure.

Have no words: But you are probably right, it's pure insanity. I believe many stop the intensity/stretching force (due to "pain") where I just bring on more, and just relax into it.

But I can never promote anyone stretching this hard. You can hurt yourself, if you don't know your body.
