The video is a rarity, in most cases multiple male orgasms do not include much ejaculation, more just the feelings. I read in another PE forum about a technique where if you stop all movement and do not stimulate any part of your cock while you ejaculate, then you can keep going. I've tried it and it works, but for me I usually keep stroking or fucking when I cum. But, on the few times I have enough control not to do anything but just shoot my load, then I can keep going. The orgasm is less intense in those cases, but it's nice to be able to keep going for more.
