I guess you could try jacking off, then immediately start doing it again. I did this like 5 times once, it took about an hour but I reckon if you could do it regularly it might work with sex...
 
The true multiple orgasm is without cumming. I cannt do it but I can stay fully erect after cum so I think it's kind of genetic or something.
