So using both modes of the light for 10-15 minutes is the recommended dose ?The MOSRED is a very powerful concentration of NIR and RED at 300w and is intended for high power short sessions to heal at the SUBCUTIS (Hypodermis) level. There is a very specific formula to use this technology to heal properly.
There are two power switches on your MOSRED
One switch is the NIR Infrared 850nm spectrum. This will be the very dim red LEDs on the MOSRED.
The other switch is the RED 660nm spectrum. This will be the very bright red LEDS on the MOSRED.You can use both spectrums at the same time to maximize treatments.
Treatment Guidelines for MOSRED Light Therapy
For the most biologically effective red light therapy, follow these treatment guidelines:
While nude, rub the supplied hydrocortisone on the treatment area.
Position Yourself 4-6 Inches from Your MOSRED: You can sit or stand, but clinical research and user experiences have demonstrated that 4-6 inches is the ideal distance during a treatment.
Treatment For Beginners: We recommend starting out with 1-2 minute treatments per area, slowly working up to a 10-minute session(s) over the course of 2-3 weeks as your body acclimates to the therapy.
10-15 Minute Treatment Times: 10-minute treatments at 4-6 inches from your device is optimal. 15-20 minutes for symptomatic areas may be beneficial, but beyond that, the evidence points to diminishing returns (your cells can only absorb so much light at once). For this reason, we recommend you allow at least 6 hours between treatments of the same area.
Daily Use is Optimal: To get the most out of your MOSRED, consistency is key. We recommend once daily use, although 2-3 times per day may be beneficial for symptomatic areas. If you have to miss some days, we suggest at least using your MOSRED 5 times a week. Sporadic treatments are similar to sporadic workouts; you may benefit that day, but for longer-term, full-body health effects, you need to be consistent.
Any Time of Day: Use your MOSRED when it works best for you! Some people love how it feels in the morning and say it perks them up for the day. Others wait until before or after a workout for max energy and recovery. And many use MOSRED at night, or as an alternative to bright, artificial lights after dark. The important thing is fitting red light therapy into your daily routine, regardless of what time.
Targeting Problem Areas: Many of the health benefits from red light therapy can be attained by consistent, full-body use. For example, you don’t need to target your thyroid gland to treat symptoms of thyroid disorders. However, it can be beneficial to target specific physical problem areas like sore joints or burns. In those cases, direct treatments for 10-20 minutes allows natural light to penetrate deeper into tissue for greater effect.
So using both modes of the light for 10-15 minutes is the recommended dose ?
Option 1.
But for problematic areas with pain, like back pain or arthritis in knees, you can do 3 times a day 4 hours apart.
So do the lower back 10-15 mins, then the upper back 10-15 mins, then the right knee 10-15 minutes, left knee, etc.
Wait at least 4 hours then repeat again up to 3 times a day.
Has anyone mentioned some kind of plug that comes with a timer in case someone falls asleep when using?
I wasn’t sure how a long session would affect someone.
Does long term usage have any side effects?

Does using MOSRed take the place if routing warmup with other heat sources?
I got mine a few days ago.
This thing is large.
I didn’t expect such a big unit, but it is nice.
Haha I said big unit. LOL
Ok anyway I’m just getting into using it.
I’ve used it for 2 days straight on the penis and lower abdomen area.
I turn on both switches and then put a sheet over it so it doesn’t hit my eyes.
Used it for about 5 to 6 minutes each time.
It’s kind of weird at first because the light hits you and you begin feeling the heat, but the unit is not really getting hot.
I mean it feels like you are getting sunlight.
I can’t say that I’ve had any therapeutic affects yet, but I’m sure it will come with continuous use.

You haven't joined any rooms.
