The MOSRED is a very powerful concentration of NIR and RED at 300w and is intended for high power short sessions to heal at the SUBCUTIS (Hypodermis) level. There is a very specific formula to use this technology to heal properly.

There are two power switches on your MOSRED
One switch is the NIR Infrared 850nm spectrum. This will be the very dim red LEDs on the MOSRED.

The other switch is the RED 660nm spectrum. This will be the very bright red LEDS on the MOSRED. Use both spectrums at the same time to maximize treatments.

Treatment Guidelines for MOSRED Light Therapy
For the most biologically effective red light therapy, follow these treatment guidelines:

Position Yourself 4-6 Inches from Your MOSRED: You can sit or stand, but clinical research and user experiences have demonstrated that 4-6 inches is the ideal distance during a treatment.

Treatment For Beginners: We recommend starting out with 1-2 minute treatments per area, slowly working up to 10-15 minute session(s) over the course of 1-2 weeks as your body acclimates to the therapy.

10-15 Minute Treatment Times: 10-12 minute treatments at 4-6 inches from your MOSRED is optimal. 15-20 minutes for symptomatic areas may be beneficial, but beyond that, the evidence points to diminishing returns (your cells can only absorb so much light at once). For this reason, we recommend you allow at least 6 hours between treatments of the same area.

Daily Use is Optimal: To get the most out of your MOSRED, consistency is key. We recommend once daily use, although 2-3 times per day may be beneficial for symptomatic areas. If you have to miss some days, we suggest at least using your MOSRED 5 times a week. Sporadic treatments are similar to sporadic workouts; you may benefit that day, but for longer-term, full-body health effects, you need to be consistent.

Any Time of Day: Use your MOSRED when it works best for you! Some people love how it feels in the morning and say it perks them up for the day. Others wait until before or after a workout for max energy and recovery. The important thing is fitting red light therapy into your daily routine, regardless of what time.

Targeting Problem Areas: Many of the health benefits from red light therapy can be attained by consistent, full-body use. For example, you don’t need to target your thyroid gland to treat symptoms of thyroid disorders. However, it can be beneficial to target specific physical problem areas like sore joints or burns. In those cases, direct treatments for 10-20 minutes allows natural light to penetrate deeper into tissue for greater effect.

I got notification that my unit has been shipped today. I hope to get it before the end of the week but worse case scenario it will be early next week.

Now, I would like to have some clarification about the role of the hydrocortisone cream in the MosRED usage. Is it supposed to be applied all the time or just punctually when needed?

I'm asking because there seems to be some undesirable side-effects for PE users of long term usage of hydrocortisone such as:

I got those effects from Common Side Effects of Hydrocortisone (Hydrocortisone Cream and Ointment 2.5%) Drug Center - RxList

As a side-note, after a full week of PE abstinence (I'm in my second week of PE break) my nasty frenulum wound did disappear since I have shared its pictures in the main PE forum... I feel a bit silly since it was my main reason for wanting the MosRED in the first place.

but hopefully, the device will strengthen my frenulum and make my PE more efficient (I'm a damn hard gainer)...

I’m so happy people are getting their orders I can’t wait to get mine! As so many things that I want to make happen with this light that I hope I get it soon.

Hydrocortisone has been known to help build collagen. We included it as a small gift for those who have trouble getting it. The combination of MOSRED and Hydrocortisone may help speed the healing process. However it is not necessary as the MOSRED does that on its own and is much more effective than using collagen.

@DLD has further info on this.

There is only an increase in collegen when used together. Hydrocortisone on its own eliminates redness, itchiness, burning, dryness and will keep skin in great shape. It should be used each day after training is done.

When used with I infrared, hydrocortisone promotes an increase in collagen. This will eliminate stretch marks and wrinkles. It will also fill in ‘uneven’ areas giving the penis a uniform look. As collagen increases so will girth in a slight manner giving a more plump look.

Both are very important to healing and keeping healthy looking skin with what you are putting your penis through.

I also highly recommend bacitracin for open sores and cuts. When used in conjunction with infrared wounds will heal quicker and will heal with much less scar tissue. And if you have following the protocol above your penis will look, feel and be much healthier.

These practices are also SRT approved and compliant with healing practices, including others that have not been released yet.

How is the adjustable stand working out for you? We are experimenting with different stands.
It is okay, Seems a little too light weight. If I stand it up on the counter I have to try and angle is more straight up and the brass tips get in the way. However I probably could flip it over :). so they are on the top....
I found a shorter box to set the light and stand up on to get the angle of application correct. Then I move it to a larger box and change the angle to apply to other areas of my body.
Not sure if it is placebo or not yet but I am feeling more energy after I do a session. Will know after I've done it for a season.

You are probably feeling more energetic. In the little time I've been using it, I've lost about 8lbs, lost some fat pad, been more alert, better EQ now, and even helped joint pains in my hands. It's pretty remarkable.

We are trying new robust stands. As soon as we get heavier ones, we will send everybody one as they were an after thought.

I will get some pictures online soon once they arrive in a couple days

Just curious about the joint pain relief. Did you expose your hands to the light or simply by exposing your penis to it made your hands feel better?

Sorry if it is a dumb question. The infrared therapy is still a bit of mystery to me....

I do my hands for 10-15 minutes every 6 hours twice a day.
