MoS - RIPOFF?

How long does it take to ship out the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] after you place the order? I placed my order on 11/2/11 and have not received anything. The tracking information hasn't changed since 11/5. The numbers on the contact list are either wrong or disconnected. I sent close to 15 emails already with no response. Money was withdrawn from my account on 11/4. This whole website is looking more and more and more like a RIPOFF!!! Where are the admins and why can't I get a response!!!
 
We have had a serious attack on our website over the past weeks, all orders are being shipped this week. I am sorry for your delay but we are ceratinly not a rip off site, we have been online serving happy customers for more than a decade. Making a thread like this and calling my site a rip off is plain rude. Why did you not send me a private message or an email to me first?

I sent over 14 emails before posting this. 8 of them to you. Whats rude is not keeping paying customers in the loop if there was a problem, not responding to the support emails for over a week, posting two bogus contact numbers ( one is disconnected and the other isn't even affilitated with this website), and then calling me rude. This is the first response I have gotten in over a week. What did you honestly expect?
 
DLD gets a shit load of PM's every day. Never expect any sort of immediate response.

I believe that there has just been a misjudgment here. Nothingface94 clearly is not aware of the effort and time put into running this site and how busy DLD is.

[words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] is the farthest thing from a ripoff. Be patient, DLD will get it sorted out. Sucks that it's taking a while, but I'm sure you'll get what you ordered
 
Its not a rip off but I can see where your at. As DLD said we have had an attack recently which delayed things but granted its sorted out and your problem can be dealt with so rest assure you wont be forgotten :)
 
you could always just download the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words]. you already paid for it so it's not like you'd be stealing it
 
this forum has tons of knowledge, advice, videos, pictures, tutorials and all for FREE! Don't be upset waiting for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], in the meantime take a bath in the vast knowledge all here on the forum, more knowledge than could ever be put on a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] is awesome too when you get it, it's all good man :cool:

How is it that you bought the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] on November 2nd, but you didn't join [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] until the 16th?
