so I replied 2 months atleast!
In any case your body is going to adapt to the phase 1 routine relativey quickly that's why they tell you to move forward to the next phase so their is no plateau!
Now, in my opinion, I wouldn't go any longer then 3 months because most of the newbie gains will have come to light by this point!
you can do things to intensify phase 1 but your better off just switching up so your body continue to be stressed in a new way so you continue to make gains.
it's like bodybuilding you have to keep switching up the routine so your body never gets used to the routine exercises!
but hey, if your making gains ride it out till the wheels fall off.
I would deff not go for 6 months on the routine though, but hey that's me!!!
