Hi.I am wondering about if you could share some details about the hanging(with bib)and then SS HD after,routine that you have done.I would like to know 1.when jelquing was put into(sequence of exercises) routine,and what erection level used,amount,things related to jelquing?2.What kind of wrap do you use for the bib?3.Did you hang then extend at both the same positions(ex.hang SD,then extend SD)?
