Hi.I am wondering about if you could share some details about the hanging(with bib)and then SS HD after,routine that you have done.I would like to know 1.when jelquing was put into(sequence of exercises) routine,and what erection level used,amount,things related to jelquing?2.What kind of wrap do you use for the bib?3.Did you hang then extend at both the same positions(ex.hang SD,then extend SD)? And any other pertinent information about your routine that would help me,would be very much appreciated.If you do not feel like sharing,don't worry about it,but I truly value your opinions and would love to hear from you.Thank you.
 
It's fairly simple:

Hang for 1,2 or 3 sessions at 20 mins based upon fatigue level. (If I feel fatigue I stop hanging and put on the SS HD.) First I jelq for about 10 minutes though. I wear the SS HD as long as possible. I repeat this twice a day. I increase the weight as expected for the Bib and the HD but I never get over 17 lbs for the Bib or 6 lbs for the HD. By the time I get to those weights I've gained 1/4 (typical) to 3/4 (once) and become burned out on Penis Enlargement. So I quit for a while but still jelq about 3 times a week. A few months later when I feel like having another go, I start it back up again. I hang SOL and SOR and some SO and wear the SS HD between SD and SO but a little more SO than SD. I use T-band for the wrap on the Hardcore. I tape the glans for the HD. It appears I gain at the rate of about 3 thousandth/inch per hour. The only issue is since the SS HD has some vacuum force you can't hang right after using it because lymph fluid stings when it's compressed into the Bib. So I divide the day and keep about 6 to 9 hours between AM and PM routines. I could probably get the same results from just the Bib or just the SS HD because they're both very effective when used properly but I like this routine.
