methods of wearing penis extender

I am circumsized and found that under the head of my penis gets sore even with a spongy fabric over the silicone strap. It is much more comfortable when I pull the skin from the shaft a little over the head of the penis and then apply the strap over the skin. Will I still have the same gains from wearing it this way or will this just stretch the skin out? Does anyone else wear it this way? Thanks for any help

here is a thread by Fedora with some padding while using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]..just a fyi..even with the padding after if you can wear it for an hour at a time it is best to take it off for circulation purposes...it is still difficult to wear for a extended period of time even with the padding but it should help some

twins172_up is right and read Fedora's stuff. The photo looks ok but I'd recommend finding one or more ways (or positions) to wear it. Those devices tire the skin and it seems that no matter what position is comfortable today it will hurt like hell tomorrow. So you'll need to change it from time to time.

It is a stretcHydromaxaster and does anyone else have advise on this, I dont know to put it over the skin or right below the head.

i am circumsized as well..and i wear mine behind the head...not directly behind it..my 1/4 of an inch behine the head...but i use the padding that fedora wrote about...i can wear it for an hour sometimes a little more or a little less it depends how much tension i start off with.
