When measuring where on the pubic bone do I put the ruler do I put it where my pubis begin or where they end towards my penis

You want to measure against the pubic bone above the penis as close to the penis as possible.

guess it depends on what you measuring. BP-ER, how I do to measure is of course first get erect, place the ruler on top the dick and press against the pubic bone.
