Measuring Fat Pad.

hey.

what is an accurate way to measure your fat pad? i was thinking if i measure myself flaccid, then measure myself flaccid again but pushing the fat pad back as far as possible - then subtracting the two measurements, would that be accurate?

for example if i measure flaccid at 3 inch, then push the fat back and then i measure at 4.5 inch, would that be a fat pad measurement of 1.5 inch?

i dont hav a ruler btw so that method wont work.
 
Measure your fat pad erect. Once you achieve a solid erection take the ruler and press deep into your fat pad until the ruler touches your pubic bone. Now measure from the pubic bone to the base of the penis that is visual, this will be your fat pad measurement.

Agree to this. If your body fat mass is at the recommended level for a male, you will not have problem with a "fat pad". Measuring fat is hard, you need a machine that measure this with electric impulses. You can't spot reduce fat so for me, there is no point in measuring "fat pad". Even if you manage to measure your fat, you can't measure the fat inside your body with a ruler.

Thickness of fatpad will go away automatically when you reduce your total body fat mass. You always measure from the Pubis so by pushing in the ruler into the fat pad you will nullify your fatpad and get a true Bone Pressed Erected Measurement (Or: Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length).

You do this mainly with diet. Moving your body is important. But if you don't fix your diet the thick fat pad will remain.

Just out of curiosity @squirt_inducer_man . What are your before and after stats in terms of weight. I know you are a former powerlifter and you lost over 60lbs.

I peeked at 120 kg before I found MOS (almost 50 kg muscle mass). I'm at 90 kg now. I'm still strong but not as strong as I used to be. I need to get back to the gym. But gym is no more an obsession for me now. Penis Enlargement have saved me. I'm more confident with my own body now.

Very good job with the weight loss. That alone probably revealed nearly an inch of penis. Always amazing seeing guys improving themselves and living healthier.
