A cock ring, if too tight for too long could cause issues. What is best is to try it out in practice first before going for long term sessions. And once you know about where you can stay safely tightness wise you can wear the sucker day and night and always have a little extra beef flipping around. It can happen over time. But that would only solidify with really heavy high erection sessions for long durations consistently for a long time. Flaccid application has no effect like that because everything is too squishy to impact the tunica like that.
